This 3 bedroom 2 bath house has great covered deck space on two levels to take in the Beach Front views this property has to offer. A very comfortable property laid out with the bedrooms on the 1st floor and the living, kitchen, and dining on the 2nd floor to maximize the views. Come enjoy a quiet beach that is protected by Cape San Blas in the distance and miles of beach to explore.

Floorplan: Ground Level - covered parking, outdoor shower, foyer, and pathway to beach. First Level - Bedroom 1 with King, TV, and beach front deck access; Bedroom 2 with King, TV, private full bath with tub/shower, and beach front deck access; Bedroom 3 with two twin beds; Shared Full Bath with tub/shower. Second Level - Living area with TV, DVD, Beach Front views, and deck access; Dining area with seating for 8 plus 4 bar stools and Beach Front views; Kitchen that is open to Dining and Living and Beach Front views.

Beautiful view from the top deck out to the water and quiet beach just a short walk down.
The house is very bare-bones and pretty outdated, but was comfortable and clean. We had an issue with wi-fi/cable and although it was handled by the property management company, we went most of the trip without.

Adeodatus was wonderful! I enjoyed the spacious kitchen which had every kind of pan/appliance/utensil we needed. There are decks on every level on different sides of the house, allowing for private outdoor time. There are so many extras the owners provide- from a beach cart with boogie boards to a welcome basket with S’mores makings. The backyard is adorable! And the doggy door on the middle floor with the spiral stairs to the fenced yard is ingenious! The beach is a very short walk and was not crowded, even being the middle of June. The community pool was not crowded as well. My family was able to relax and enjoy our vacation in this beautiful home.

Property could use some updates. Couches were broken. Would be really nice to have a boardwalk to the beach. Location was perfect.

It was really homely and the decorations were antiques that our 14 yr old son really appreciated,I have to say if there was a outside elevator it would be so much help for my husband and our 78 yr dad, very comfortable other than the stairs.

Location was perfect, quiet and no crowds. The backyard really makes the house. Especially the outside shower. Screen porches were welcome. Really enjoyed our stay.

Easy walk to the beach, nice back yard and very peaceful. The internet was slow if it was working at all but overall would recommend this house.

We are happy that you enjoyed the lovely area. The Forgotten Coast is beautiful and tranquil, but sometimes doesn’t have the cellular service that the bigger cities can offer. We strive to provide the best available WiFi internet service for our guests and appreciate letting us know.

Quiet beach
House was as advertised. A few maintenance issues but nothing major. This house is in a very quiet area. You have to drive anywhere you want to go. Beach was nice.

We loved our stay ....It was wonderful truly a gift from God... however husband is over 80 and we will need an elevator or a house on one level.

The check in process was very easy. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The beds were not very comfortable and the bar stools were too tall for the countertop. It would have been nice to have a place to kick your feet up on one of the decks.

Thank you for your suggestions. The property owners have since added some different height bar stools for the eating area, as well as foot rests for the decks.  They hope guests will enjoy the Master Room king adjustable bed as well as the memory foam beds in the Skipper Room and Crew Room.  We appreciate your input and understand that beds are different for everyone, even Goldilocks :)

If we were headed to the same area...we would love to stay again.

This was the perfect home to spend a vacation in! It was sooooo clean! The decorating is great...we loved the captains Cris craft room and the names on the other rooms. The layout is perfect for cooking and watching our baby grandchildren crawl around. The pool was close and clean...the beach beautiful and delightful

Amethyst Cove
House is very close to the beach and we enjoyed our stay. A few upgrades would make the house even better: 1. New sofa and a recliner 2. New outside deck furniture 3. New stove or repair the downdraft 4. Kitchen upgrade (dishwasher was very loud) 5. Need boardwalk to beach 6. Need Mattress covers on each bed 7. The house is starting to show its age
