Private home within the gulf front, gated community of Barrier Dunes on Cape San Blas. Barrier Dunes 108 - 207 C Moon is a single-family home available for your group of up to 10 guests. Enjoy all the amenities of Barrier Dunes in the privacy of a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located right on the boardwalk, a short five minute walk to the beach. Also, there is a convenient grocery nearby.
C Moon offers covered decks for views of both the gulf and bay, and night time star gazing. There are two smaller decks on the home's northern side with views of the community’s playground and St. Joseph Bay right across Cape San Blas Road. Two screened porches have great views and offer a fantastic spot for outdoor dining. Inside the home, spread out on the main floor’s living area with kitchen, dining area, and living room that opens onto one of the multiple decks. Also on this main floor is a spacious laundry room, a full bath, and a queen guest bedroom with private balcony. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs, with an excellent bunk room for the kids and a spacious and relaxing master with private balcony and en-suite bathroom.
Enjoy the Cape's best in C Moon. The Barrier Dunes community is situated at the north end of the cape with easy access to the bike path and State Park. Take advantage of Barrier Dunes’ amenities such as the gulf front community pool, clubhouse, an additional heated pool, tennis courts, pickle ball, playground, and fishing ponds. At the same time, enjoy just a little more private, personal space in this single-family home. Spread out inside and out, and make this a vacation to remember.
Large covered driveway large enough for boat parking. Boats are allowed at the property for a maximum of 14 days. After 14 days the boat would need to be relocated to the boat parking lot. Also be sure to take advantage of the enclosed outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off your days at the beach. Come enjoy this piece of paradise!
This is a pet friendly unit limited to 1 pet up to 50 lbs with a pet fee of $325.00. A large crate is conveniently provided so your four legged fur baby will have a safe area to relax while you step out. This neighborhood does not allow boats or trailers overnight or in the driveway. Please plan accordingly.*

To prepare a qualified quote, select your arrival and departure dates (must follow the property's turnover day, if applicable). Alternate dates must be pre-approved. Cape San Blas is beautiful! We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It is accurate description. The day we arrived we discovered the hot water heater wasn’t working. We called and they got someone out right away. The workmen were quick and friendly professionals. I was very happy with the response and service pristine properties supplied.- Posted: 5/20/2023

We were unaware of the vast fishing on the beach - made it difficult to swing with two young children; fan in the downstairs bedroom needs to be replaced-could not use because of the noise; flashlights and lighter would be helpful; overall amenities were excellent. Thank you- Posted: 4/1/2023

The property is convenient and generally well maintained. I love the location and you can see the ocean from the top floor. This wouldnt be a good place for someone with mobility issues, but the stairs didnt bother us.- Posted: 7/23/2022
