Description Description
There's no place quite like Barrier Dunes! This peaceful gated community offers everything your family needs to make their vacation memorable. Play tennis, and swim in one of two pools, one of which looks out onto the beach. Maybe you would like to go down to one of the fish-filled ponds to fish. Boardwalks lead you out to the beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Barrier Dunes is also adjacent to the St Joseph Peninsula State Park and is at the Northernmost tip of The Cape, home to some of the world’s most beautiful beaches and breathtaking sunsets.

Just steps away from the gulf front, community pool, enjoy the views and a very short walk to the beach from this 2 bedroom townhouse. The living area is located on the main floor, including a spacious deck complete with a gas grill and dining area. There is also a full bath and guest bedroom on the living level. The top floor is the private master suite with a full bathroom, laundry room, and open deck. Extra amenities provided at this unit include a crib, highchair, and blow dryer.

.
It was a nice property, close to the beach. Wasn't maintaned well- rusted spicket, no outdoor shower or hose. Pocket door was off upstairs, no ice machine.

We love the location and easy walk to the beach, so despite a few property issues, we enjoyed out stay.

Beach was beautiful, condo was clean but the extensive rust and lack of concern for broken fixtures etc. would not make me want to return.

Love this place. Great Location, but not happy the price keeps going up. It's not the forgotten coast anymore.

We will definitely stay here again if possible. The great thing about the unit is that the decks & sliding glass doors face more south than west. The decks are mostly shaded all day & the sun never gets on the glass so the interiors stay more comfortable. Good beach view from the upper deck, or sit on the raised chairs on the lower deck. You can even see the Gulf from the kitchen, a definite plus!
