On the beachside of the property is a small walkable deck that stretches the width of the house and leads to a larger sundeck with amazing views. That is where you will want to start your mornings.

Only steps away from the beach, there is public beach access at the end of 1st Street with a winding ramp leading you to the sugar white sands. If it is essential to get your steps in before hitting the beach, there is a sidewalk that leads to the pet friendly, St. Joe Beach in one direction, and in the other direction you’ll find the locally owned food trucks in Mexico Beach for those Killer Fish Tacos, snow cones or milkshakes. Hang your beach hat at Beach View Upper the next time you are ready to escape the real world!
