Bethany Cottage is a 3 bedroom/3 bath gulf view single family home located in a very secluded neighborhood in Indian Pass. Located just a very short walk from the beach, this home is a great spot for your next vacation. As one of the few homes in the Cottages at Indian Summer, you will also have access to the community pool.

Bethany Cottage is an ideal design for two families with children, as there are two king bedrooms on the first floor and two double beds upstairs in the third bedroom for the kids. This design is also great for anyone who enjoys sleeping in a king, but doesn't like climbing extra stairs since there are two king beds on the main level. This home belongs to the same owner as Rehobeth Cottage, another property on the Pristine Properties’ rental program, which is located just across the cul-de-sac road. So if you're looking to share a vacation, but not necessarily the same space these two homes are perfect for two groups.

Floor Plan: 1st floor - furnished, screened deck with gulf views; dining area, kitchen, living room with TV; full bath with shower/tub combo; Bedroom 1 - master bedroom with king bed, TV, roadside balcony and full bath with shower only has a large seat; and Bedroom 2 - king bed, TV and roadside balcony. 2nd floor - Bedroom 3 - 2 double beds, TV and full bath with shower only with large seat.

clean, beautifully decorated, newly remodeled
The house smelled like new. Everything was impeccable. Very clean, very nicely decorated. The downstairs area is adorable, loved the lighting. This house has a great housekeeping team. LOVED IT. 100% recommend.

The Expatriate is an excellent property with loads of room for two people and enough room for several. Great location. Good idea to rent bikes as the house is a little further from the beach than some of the other houses we have used. Best property I have rented at Barrier Dunes despite a few amenities needing a brush-up.

Overall, the property was fine. The living room and kitchen were updated, comfortable and functional. The bed linens and towels were basic but fine. Everything looked very clean, which was great. The W&D were so loud that couldn't use them while kids were in bed. One requirement of our booking was a screen porch, which this had. The porch furniture though was just okay. The outdoor shower was great. Overall, it was nice enough but not the best fit for our family.

Great renovation and lovely townhouse. Short walk to stunning beach. Grill needs to be replaced but well-equipped otherwise. Definitely will return!

The Perfect Beach Hideaway!
Looking for a place to truly relax and get away from the crowds? Nothing beats Cape San Blas! Have been visiting most of my life and have stayed in Barrier Dunes dozens of times and I can honestly say that The Expatriate was the nicest unit my wife and I have ever stayed in. It was fresh and clean and spacious while also being cozy. You can tell the owners have put a lot of thought into making this a place where a family could relax and enjoy the beach without any hassles. Not all the units have a screened in porch but this one does so it makes it really pleasant to sit out at night for dinner without having to worry about mosquitos or bugs. My wife and I both work for ourselves so having really good internet in the unit was also a plus! The beach at Barrier Dunes is wonderful and really feels like a private beach. We also like that we can walk to Coneheads or to the State Park from the unit.
