Brise Del Mar

This was our THIRD time to stay in this house!! Our family of 6 loves it here! Beautifully decorated, clean, great floor plan (2 living rooms), easy walk to the beach, wonderful neighborhood for bike riding, stunning views!

We just got back from Brise Del Mar. The house was plenty big for four of us. Kids were downstairs, while adults were upstairs. The pool is super close and very clean. The beach is unreal in this area. I look forward to returning.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brise Del Mar. We had six adults and three children and each family group had their own bedroom and bathroom, plus a separate bedroom for the kids. The upstairs living area/kitchen was spacious and had plenty of seating for dining and just hanging out. We enjoyed the several decks and their unique views. The huge front porch was the BEST! It made a great place for hanging out before and after our trips to the pool and beach.

Our family group consisting of three couples and and their kids loved staying at Brise Del Mar. It was perhaps the nicest rental at which we have ever stayed on the beach. The rooms are spacious, the furnishings are tasteful, the kitchen is very well-equipped, and the large, covered front porch is fantastic! We also enjoyed the screened porch for watching sunsets. There was plenty of seating in the house for chilling out and the large dining room table was comfortable for meals. It was too warm for a fire pit, but the area looked inviting. The outdoor shower and foot washing spigot was great for getting the sand off before coming in the house. The location of the house is ideal -- just a few steps from the very nice pool and the boardwalk to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was beautiful and comfortable with the perfect layout for our family and upscale furnishings and appliances. The kitchen was well equipped with plates, glasses, flatware, etc. Being so close to the community pool and the walkway to the beach was a real plus.

We've stayed at a number of condos and homes on The Cape and this was the best by far. It has one of the best equipped kitchens we have ever had, two big living areas, (one upstairs, one downstairs), and a nice screened in area that overlooked the buffer preserve behind the house. The big front porch has plenty of seating and we had many of our meals out there. A bonus is the patio in back with a firepit (we used it quite a few times). Only a short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

We will definitely stay here, again! Gorgeous and well appointed home in every way with amazing views of the ocean, secluded beaches and abundant wild life from every angle. We saw deer, bald eagles, and other wild life. The boardwalk and beach front pool, which was heated, are steps from the house. We appreciated being able to use the beach cart, NEW Tommy Bahama beach chairs, and umbrella that came with the property!!!

Very nice house but we like the beaches and water of South Walton better than on the Cape. Also, a starter package would be a nice improvement, ie salt pepper, dish liquid, laundry soap, maybe left over spices from previous renters. Maybe offered as an option for a fee?

I think the rent is little elevated but it is a very nice property in a good location. We had a great week and tried to leave the property in very good condition except for dirty linens. We are always respectful toward the properties we rent. Thank you for sharing with us.

This beautiful home functioned extremely well for multiple families. All the porches were positioned well for breeze and shade. Easy walk to the lovely pool and secluded beach. Our family is looking forward to coming back soon!

We loved our stay at Brise Del Mar! The home is located in the most perfect spot. Just a few steps from the front door are the pool and beach. The beach was not crowded at all! Also, we enjoyed many meals on Cape San Blas and Downtown Port St. Joe. After dinner most nights, we returned to the home for a bonfire out back. The wood and lighters were all there which was nice! The home had lots of seating indoor and outdoor where you could see some of the best views. Property was VERY clean, nicely decorated and very well maintained. We really enjoyed having a keyless entry! Can not wait to return to the property soon!

This is a beautiful house and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We were disappointed that the community pool was not heated, so our children were not able to swim during our November trip. We loved how close the house was to the beach and we enjoyed biking on the community bike paths. It would have been nice if the second King bedroom had a designated bathroom, but that was not a big deal for our group. We had a wonderful time and the house was very spacious and comfortable for our two families of four.

Beautifully decorated, incredible views, wonderful porches, perfectly clean, fantastic floor plan for large families or multiple friends. We relax the minute we walk into this house. We have stayed here 2 times. This neighborhood is great for riding bikes, and it’s a simple walk to the beach.

This house is gorgeous, well maintained and offers spectacular views. Our family had an amazing holiday together, as there was plenty of room for us to relax and enjoy time together. I live in California, and must say the beaches of Cape San Blas are so pristine and far more beautiful and private than those in southern CA. Shore fishing was spectacular! The screened porch offered incredible views of natural areas of the Cape, as the back of this house boarders a natural coastal barrier zone~ it was a bird watcher’s paradise. The property is very close to Serenity Trail and Salinas Park Bayside, which was a short bike ride to pickleball courts and beach volleyball. The community swimming pool is beach front and very well maintained. Cannot wait to return to Brise del Mar this summer!!

Property and owners are fantastic. Maintenance and reservations need some serious work. We will absolutely be returning to the CSB-area next summer, but will be thinking hard about another Pristine property. This feedback has taken considerable time to share, and I hope it will be taken constructively. Thank you.

Thank you for your feedback.  We understand that not everyone finds us online prior to some of the bigger listing sites like VRBO or Airbnb however booking direct with a management company makes for a much smoother operation.
