Cape Oasis is a 5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath single family home located midway on the Cape San Blas Peninsula in the Ocean Haven neighborhood. This rather large vacation home is just across the street from the beach and has great gulf views from all levels and even has a pretty cool bay view as well. When the kids are looking to switch it up from the beach, this home also has a private pool to enjoy. It’s ideal for a large party, as there is plenty of space for parking and spacious living areas and bedrooms for everyone to spread out inside.

It is also pet friendly, so go ahead pack the family dog along for the trip. For the size of this home and its convenient location, it is a great value to book for a long weekend or a week any time of year, including summer.

Floor Plan: Ground level – enclosed garage, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, TV and full bath with shower/tub combo; Bedroom 3 - twin bunks (this bedroom is separate from the main house). 1st level – kitchen, dining area, living room with TV and gulf view deck access; laundry room and Bedroom 1 – king bed, TV and full bath with shower/ tub combo. 2nd level – Bedroom 4 – king bed, TV, DVD/VCR, gulf view deck and full bath with walk-in closet, double vanities and shower only; and Bedroom 5 – 2 queen beds, TV, deck with view of pool and full bath with shower only and walk-in closet.

*Heated Pool (optional with additional fee), heater may only raise the water temp 10 degrees warmer than the outside temperature and is not guaranteed to work if the outside temperature is at or below 60 degrees*

Area is extremely quiet, which is perfect. Have to drive quite a ways to activities, grocery & restaurants. I would have liked to seen some more seating of updated LR & DR furniture for our group of 10.

We had a wonderful stay. The only complaint we had were out neighbors directly above us. They walked very loudly, day and night and the children they had with them ran and jumped from 5am until 10pm constantly. Their was no sleeping in. We politely asked them to be a bit quieter, but that was ignored. We unfortunately would not stay in that location again, but my be willing to stay at another location in the future.

This is a fabulous place! You can wake up and see the sea with out raising your head. Sea view is wonderful! and only steps to the beach! I will definitely be back! Already looking at dates to return! Fantastic location! Near the Park and the stores for supplies!

Paradise by the Gulf

Wonderful vacation! My family and I enjoyed the location of the beach, the cozy and relaxing atmosphere of the property. Easy and quick access to the beach and a wonderful porch to sit on and watch the sunset. Only issue we encountered was the dishwasher didn’t work. We spoke with maintenance several times and had the dishwasher company come out to look at it…nothing was ever completed or fixed. Check all appliances on day 1 to ensure that they work! Overall, great week on the Cape!

Great quiet atmosphere!

This will definitely be a go to from now on for us! The atmosphere was perfect so quiet, hardly any traffic. If that’s what your looking for. Beach access literally within walking distance maybe 2 minutes. Super easy beach access. I went with 2 kids age 7 and 13, 4 adults. The only thing was there are a lot of stairs so if you have trouble with stairs you’ll definitely want the room on the first floor as soon as you walk in. The only two things I feel like could be fixed are 1. The dryer sometimes it would take us 2-3 times of turning on the dryer to get our clothes dry. 2. The step ladder to the pool had a broken step so be careful. Other than those 2 things everything else was perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay very much!!!

This is a beautiful, clean property in an awesome location! Tons of space, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. There is a great little general store in town where you can buy anything you need, and amazing restaurants that are all affordable (some only take cash).

The location and views are fabulous! We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the waves and sunset. The kitchen is well equipped and there is ample seating in the dining and living areas. The major drawback for us was the lack of privacy between units; you could hear everything going on in every unit in the building.

Lots of room, great beach access

Large home, perfect for big groups, with great views of the gulf, bay, and cape. Gorgeous sunsets, and well-stocked kitchen. Bring Mr Coffee filters with you, if you’re a coffee person.

Mr.

Perfect vacation spot. The house is designed to see the beach and ocean from all living and sleeping areas. Walk directly out to the beach. Very functional and attractively furnished. Everything we needed for our month stay.
