Beautiful house in a beautiful place!

Great property. Liked the privacy. Unfortunately we see the house being built right next store so we probably won’t rent again. But it was a great place. Made family memories that will never be forgotten and we are very grateful to Pristine Properties for making it very easy. Thank you so much. We will be looking to Pristine Properties for our next Gulf Coast getaway for sure!!!!

I have visited Indian Pass many times over the past 20 years, this was my first time to stay at Coastawhile and it has become a favorite!

Excellent stay over all! We have been renting Costa while for almost 11 years now. Even before pristine was the property management company. The hot tub needs to be repaired or replace the outside of the hot tub is worn buy time. Master bedroom and dining room door handles are original and need to be replaced or oiled regularly to keep them in working condition. House has been updated lovely! The beds need to have warm fluffy comforters especially for people who spend a great deal of time outside and come into the air conditioning with a chill at night. Overall the property is exceedingly well maintained organized clean and we have recommended Costa while too many friends and family over the years. Pet friendly beaches delicious restaurants kind helpful and friendly staff and locals, unpopulated clean beaches are all reasons why we return.

The master bedroom did not have a comforter on the bed, just a very light blue blanket that would be used as a middle layer in most bedding. This was an issue on colder nights. Also, many of the remote batteries have died. We had to replace the sleep by number bed remote batteries. We couldn't find the battery required for the master bedroom fan. Some of the TV remote batteries require replacement as well. It is pretty standard to have coffee filters and batteries available in a rental property, but this house did not have either.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. The house was exactly what we expected when booking our trip. The home was located right on the beach. We enjoyed waking up and walking the beach with our coffee. The kids had fun hanging out in the hot tub, playing in the sand, looking for shells and watching movies in bed. Thank you for making our stay easy and comfortable!

We absolutely loved our stay. The first part of the week the water was churning really hard because there was a hurricane in the gulf. The waves were amazing. We never had a chance to get in the water. But next time we will. Our stay consisted of two couples. We usually stay in places that have two master suites. But the fact it was so secluded was a huge advantage. It was its best when the neighbors weren’t home. We definitely want to return. The sunsets were beautiful.

We had a wonderful week at your lovely home.  We first visited the Cape and Indian Pass more than thirty years ago.  Since it is the perfect beach location, we really don't want to go anywhere else!  So, it is with grateful hearts that we have seen for ourselves that this amazing place is as beautiful as ever.

My girlfriend and I truly enjoyed our vacation at Coastawhile. The home and the view was perfect in every way. The home is most beautifully decorated, reminding you constantly that you are on the beach. This is the best home we've ever rented. The seaside views could not be better...viewing directly over the sea. The hot tub is perfectly positioned such that as you sit in it, you overlook the sea...giving that infinity pool feel. All appliances are modern and clean. The house was very clean. The neighboring homes are situated at a good distance from Coastawhile, giving you all the privacy you need. Unlike other homes, where the adjacent houses are too close. I've lived in Florida all my life and this is one of the best beaches. A special shout-out to Suzanne with Pristine Properties...she is amazing...so friendly and professional...she really extended herself to us as we were planning our vacation. Thank you for your warmth, Suzanne. The owner, Bill Cooper was very friendly and also did everything he could do to ensure that our vacation was a success. Best homeowner I have ever dealt with. My girlfriend and I feel like we know his beautiful family through their framed photos and books. Everything about our vacation was perfect. We will be back.

Really nice home as advertised!! Our pooch and us, loved the beach, which also is private with NO CROWDS, if you like that, and we do!! 4th. year booking through Pristine Properties...I think they are great. Hot tub seemed clean, and nice after a hard day on the beach.... Helped with a couple of issues over the years...Manager Susanne, not sure if spelled right, is great and responsive. 1st. time we stayed in this home, but have already booked it for 2020!!

Our first time to the area and we loved it; private, friendly, and welcoming. Great house, plenty of space for us all (4 adults and 5 children ages 3, 6, 6, 7, 13). Great views from all around, as soon as we pulled in and started unpacking, looked out at the water and porpoise swimming off the beach. We enjoyed fishing, swimming, kayaking and sand crab hunting the most. We caught hard head catfish, sail cat fish, gulf king fish, and 1 big triple tail (which feed us all). We ate the larger sail cats that we caught (fried) and they were good also. Our families really appreciated how hard people are working to recover after Michael and now have an understanding of what it means to be Gulf Coast Strong". Keep up the efforts and we can't wait to come back.

Great, pet friendly beach house.

Beach was nice, hot tub great, view was amazing. Very little traffic on the beach. Home was big and spacious. Only two slight negatives: cable tv was terrible, hard to watch college World Series. Need to upgrade to satellite or similar with better service. Bugs on porch were extreme at night. Would recommend that next visitor bring a fan to keep them away so they can fully enjoy the view. Overall we will visit again.
