VERY CLOSE TO ONE OF THE MOST PRIVATE BEACHES IN THE AREA. This is a very large 2 bedroom 2 bath home with an extra loft for sleeping and 2 separate living areas. The living room, dining room, kitchen and both bedrooms are on the first level with a large loft living and sleeping area upstairs. There is a screened in porch and 2 sun decks. Beautiful water views from every room of the house. The home is decorated in a coastal light house theme and is quite charming.

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered parking. 1st level-kitchen, dining and living room with a limited gulf view, TV, DVD and VCR; Bedroom 1-2 twins; and Bedroom 2-queen bed, TV, DVD and full bath. 2nd level-a second living area loft with TV, DVD and VCR and murphy bed.

Great home. Okay location. Prefer staying on the Cape as opposed to Indian Pass. But, if we stay at Indian Pass again, this house will be considered.

Indian Pass

Very enjoyable, kitchen well stocked. Easy walk to beach. Nice neighbors. Did not care for the ordering chairs process. They were old and not comfortable, did not appreciate giving a vendor I did not choose my credit card information. Twenty years coming here and first time had to do this. Was not a fan. The property was outstanding though.

Indian Pass Perfect

This home was exactly what we were looking for. Close to the beach and room and fun for all. This home had all the things kitchen wise and upstairs loft was full of books and games for this kids. The house smelled so great and was very clean. Parking was great and we had no complaints. Thank you!

Great spot! Better than anticipated location, comfortable house, nice amenities. A bit dated but awesome! Would recommend for small group or family looking for quiet access to Indian pass.

Overal, the property is a good place to stay. I cannot say the same about the property management group. I will not hold my breath waiting for the Management Person to contact me about the issues we had.

Wonderful vacation place.

Great place to stay. Beautiful beaches and very quiet. If you don't want to hustle and bustle of the commercial beaches, this is the place for you.

Great Deck, interesting and comfortable house design, friendly neighborhood, one block to a wide clean beach to get clear views for moon/sun photography. If you are lucky, see the dolphins swim very close to the shore.
