Dunes Club is located directly beach front on a gorgeous section of beach on the south end of Cape San Blas. The beach here is quiet and spacious for your group to spread out and feel like the beach belongs to you. On the gulf side of the building is a community pool, and other amenities include community wireless internet connection and boat parking. With a fresh new look Dunes Club 2A, is the end unit on the 2nd floor and is accessible by elevator. Along with the natural light from the gulf front sliding glass doors both in the living room and the master bedroom, the bright furnishings and stylish fixtures make this a place to really lift your spirits. Outside, inside, it’s all designed to help you achieve the level of relaxation vacations are made for.

Floor Plan: The entire condo is one level with 3 bedrooms, 2 of them masters one with a king bed, one with a queen and a set of bunk beds in the 3rd. The large oversize deck overlooks the pool and Gulf and is the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening meal around the spacious outdoor dining table.

For the money, nice stay. Just needs some updating. Pool was very cloudy as the PH was off but was crystal clear when we left. Weather played a role in that. I have a pool so I understand. Nails sticking up on stairs balcony to pool from our condo. Heard guest's next door young son cry as he caught his foot on it.. And it was a RUSTY NAIL

The front door lock was not always easy to use. Not sure if the battery is going dead in the lock. Also, when providing the code, I believe you should indicate a "*" needs to follow the code when entering. It was a bit confusing trying to get into the front door at times.

Please note that our online Guest Portal is provided as soon as your reservation is fully confirmed. In this portal is a lot of information about the property, the area, and any special instructions needed. Also included are things we recommend you bring with you as well as explicit instructions on using our keyless locks. However if you don't look at this information I can certainly understand how it would be difficult to get the lock to work correctly.

5 if pool had been working... I paid alot extra

The comment about the pool was in reference to it being heated. A heated pool is not one of the amenities for this property nor is it something that is an additional charge. Most properties with heated pools bring the water temperature around 75-78 degrees and will not work when the outside temperature falls below 50 degrees.

We had to leave 4 days before schedule due to the storm wished we could have got some of the rental fee back we paid alot for the room and didnt to enjoy the beach it wasn't a good week for vacation

Overall the property was fair but needed some TLC. On missing items or repairs. The location to the beach was wonderful and the pool was clean.

Social Distant Vacay

Perfect location close to the beach. Condo worked well with our Golden Retriever. Bring lots of bug spray! Interior was clean. The deck could use some cleaning and TLC. The keyless entry seemed to have issues at times. It was great place to be socially distant during COVID-19
