The 3 Bedroom, 3 Bath home has great covered deck space on two levels maximizing the beach front views this home has to offer. A very comfortable property, this beach rental is laid out with the bedrooms on the first level and the open living area on the top floor. This allows for great gulf views from almost every room in the house. With a small number of homes located in the area, you will feel like you have your very own private beach. It’s a great place to search for seashells and ideal spot for children. Because it’s protected by the Cape San Blas peninsula, this creates a quiet shoreline and a perfect place for beginner swimmers or those who just want to dip their toes in the water.

Quiet place on the beach

Excellent location away from any crowds.

Excellent Location

As others have said, the house needs some TLC and repairs here and there. And we did have an ant problem, even when we first got there, they were in the cabinets and continued to be a pest all during the stay, within the kitchen and under the carport. That being said, you cannot beat this location. The beach was private, we were on a dead in road, and that road dead ended into the WindMark bike path. We rented a kayak, paddle board and two adult bikes and that was the best decision. We had brought my kids bikes, so when we weren't on the beach, we were riding the path. The beach was beautiful and calm. I would absolutely return to this location. We had planned to eat at the restaurants at WindMark, but there was an area wide outage for internet and we couldn't order, so we took the short drive to St. Joe and brought pizza back to the house. Overall a wonderful beach trip, wish it could have been longer.

This property is perfectly situated directly on the beach where we saw dolphins, rays and all kinds of sea birds. We would definitely love to come back in the future.

Perfect quiet and peaceful.

Very private and calm water for kids, the house was perfect views of the water from every room, we were a party of 6 and there was lots of room for everyone, couldnt ask for anything better, except house does need some minor repairs and wasnt very clean but we would rent again for sure, loved it.

Flamingo Dunes is fantastic

My 2 friends and I do a Girl’s Week every year. We were thrilled with this property with it’s private beach and beautiful home. Very quiet and peaceful. There was a little damage to soffit over the deck and some water damage around some glass block windows from the last hurricane, but it in no way affected our stay. We are already checking dates to come back next year. Would recommend highly!!!

We had a great time here spending time with family! This is a great location with great views pretty much your own Private Beach with very few people. We brought our kayak to enjoy. huge porches for enjoyment but not much porch furniture.. So that being said bring some bag chairs.
The place could use some updates.. The TV upstairs didn't work really needs a blind in the kitchen for that hard sun that comes in in the mornings.
A few updates would go a long way for more of a WoW effect.

Definitely recommend for families and children

It was an awesome place to stay. Very clean. Private beach area. Dolphins daily. The best part was the kids could enjoy the water without the huge waves. Beds was comfy and ac works great!!! Kitchen has everything we needed. Will definitely be back!!

I was worried about the water quality since it is on the Bay rather than directly on the Gulf but it was still quite nice and was perfect for swimming with young kids! The beach access was fantastic, sand was soft, and the views were stunning. We would definitely like to stay there again one day!

Beautiful, Relaxing, Saw So Much Wildlife, and the STARS!

Port St. Joe and this particular hidden area are stunning. We were thrilled to have a house right on the water, on the bay. We were blown away by the wildlife we saw (hermit crabs, sting rays, dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, fish, herons, willets, seagulls, ghost crabs, blue crabs) and so unexpectedly, the view of the moon and the stars was the most beautiful I've ever seen. We visited Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas, too, as they're super close, and so lovely and unblemished.

Beautiful!

This house is wonderful with the most beautiful views. It has two master bedrooms and bathrooms and another bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a sitting area that is very spacious. We had so much fun! There is an ocean view in every room!
