Great gulf front view. Deck has been redone. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Close to several other beaches and areas of interest. Quiet and laid back area.

It's all about location, location, location. Absolutely fell in love with St Joe Beach! Panhandle beats the rest of the state.

My husband and I enjoy the location and the condo. It was a rare find for an "on the beach" condo that allows for dogs. The interior furnishings are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped. My husband had success fishing from the beach in front of the condo. We had fresh Pompano and Whiting for dinner almost every night. We took our Lab-mix and PapiPom and enjoyed walking our dogs on the beach each day. There is plenty of room to set up a large crate inside for your dogs. The Shipwreck, a popular local restaurant, is within walking distance.

Very good location on St Joe Beach. Enjoyed pet friendly area. Close proximity to Port Dt Joe, Apalachicola, Cape San Blas and, St George Island. Very laid back area. Enjoyed the peaceful setting.

First time to stay in Epiphany. The unit itself is very nice. The bedroom is large, spacious with a king side bed. This unit was remodeled in 2016 so everything is still fairly new. The kitchen is well equipped. Here are my "negatives" if could have any, because we are at the beach you know. 1) The internet service is horrible. Both me an my spouse have laptops, ipads, iphones. While using the laptops, the internet drops out continuously. 2) There are not enough outlets for all the electronics we have. This is not necessarily a negative, just fyi that you will be walking up approximately 10 steps to access the unit. We would definitely stay in this unit again.

Having covered parking is marvlous. View spectacular! Condo just remocelled after Hurricane Michael. Neighboring condo owners were very friendly. Would love to return next year.

The Hurricane took out the walk over, but it is not needed as the dunes where leveled as well. Parking in the shade under the unit was wonderful. The condo was as described and everything worked well.

We had a wonderful stay with a couple small glitches. What a bonus to put your car under shelter! :) The townhouse was very nice, the view beautiful, would recommend to anyone. Happy to see all the progress being made in bringing this community back again. We will definitely return, love this place.
