Great Sunsets II

This was by far the best vacation we have ever been on. The location to the beach is perfect its steps to the beach and on cool nights you can leave the door open and sleep to the sound of the waves. In the day time PCB is a short easy drive then come back to the house to get away from the crouds. We will definitely be back.

Fried Green Tomatoes was a wonderful house that was well appointed! We had plenty of space for our children and loved the proximity to the pool. We also enjoyed the short walk to Weber’s and Peachy’s. We would definitely stay here again! It’s an adorable house!

Home was wonderful! Was our 2nd time renting this property and plan to rent again in the future as long as the cost to rent remains reasonable! Only complaint was it would’ve been nice to have the electrical plugs under the house working so we could charge the boat batteries but luckily we had enough drop cords to plug in from the deck above.

We loved the location, pool access and warm shower downstairs to rinse off our sandy feet. Communication was impeccable. We arrived with the power out due to a storm and didn't have internet access to get our door code to get into the property. We were able to call to the office on a Sunday evening and received an answer promptly. Thank you!

We loved our stay at Fried Green Tomatoes. The property was exactly what is described by the pictures. When we got there, the listed BBQ grill was missing. What we found out later was a neighboring (Saturday-Saturday) weekly renter had "procured" the one belonging to FGT before we arrived because the one they had wasn't working properly. We notified Pristine Properties and they were right on it. The owners actually walked a new grill down to us and then we learned about the fate of the other grill. The owners were great and most of all gracious and it was all worked out between both parties as to the grill "mystery". The beach was semi-washed out at the end of the boardwalk/over the dune down to the water. There was little space to set up compared to the past. Weather and high seas about 2 weeks before we got there were the culprit and this is nothing to hold against Pristine Properties or the owners. We simply walked down to the north about 50 yards and found ample room every day to set up. The greatest thing about CSB is that you have ample beach, it's not crowded and you are not two or three rows back from the water. The inside of the house was perfect. They had everything you need. The bedrooms were perfect for our family of 6 (and our queen dog). Our youngest (15) took the bunk/laundry room and loved it. The bedrooms were large and perfect with ample closet and storage space. The outside screened porch was great but we didn't have any bug issues. We found ourselves sitting on the porch outside of the screen area to catch the sea breeze and take in the sunsets. The underneath car port area is great for BBQ'ing or boiling up shrimp (bring your own boiling equipment). There is ample room for you and one or two more vehicles to park as well. You are also right by the community pool, which is great to have on those double red flag days. The kids can actually swim while you watch over them and grill. The one thing that we didn't bring was a laundry basket; there wasn't one there and this is not a detractor just an observation for others. We are a "nutritional morning shake" family; the blender is standard blender and we made good use of it but if you are use to a ninja or some other blender. Again, not a detractor and not a complaint just an observation for those who rent in the future. We have stayed at 6 Pack (Beach side in same community) before with another family 2 years ago. COVID kept us from traveling to CSB last year. There is no doubt that we loved Fried Green Tomatoes and we will be back to stay here again. It was perfect for our family and if I could give it 6 stars I would. Thanks again to Pristine Properties and the property owners for making our trip AWESOME..!!!!

This is a great property, and we hope to have many more Stays here. Cape San Blas is our home the month of October, for the past 14 years. Because our stay is for a full month, eventually all flaws become noticed. We have had no complaints. If there is a problem, the staff at Pristine Properties addresses it the same day you report it. Everything works perfectly at this property. Fresh, new linen, beautiful towels in two bathrooms, nice furniture, all the cookware is first class. You will really enjoy your stay at Fried Green Tomatoes and the great service from Pristine Properties. 5 STARS.i

Fried Green Tomatoes was an amazing place! The house was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The beach was beautiful and a short walk. The sunrise over the bay was beautiful and the sunsets on the beach were fabulous. We rented bikes and enjoyed biking to the store and along the views. Cape San Blas is a beautiful place and Fried Green Tomatoes is a great place to stay!

Our vacation to Cape San Blas was top notch because of our stay at Fried Green Tomatoes. We loved the location: close proximity to beach with trail and boardwalk, the Trading Post, seafood mkt and Weber Donuts. The layout and size were perfect for two families. Our two teenage boys loved the bunk room. Good teenage sleeping took place. We loved the small library of books, especially the beach explorer book. We all learned something about our beach treasures. We had no loss of water when some of the taller beach houses did. Finally, our trip was made complete when a sea turtle came up to my son and I while we kayaked. Amazing! Thank you Pristine Properties for doing what you do in professional style. We have rented through your company multiple times and have always been satsified.

This house was beautiful and SO CLEAN! It was like brand new! The finishes were lovely and very high end. My family loved that there was only one flight of stairs to climb and everything was on a single floor. The rooms all had great closet space and bureaus. The community pool is literally only steps away and was a nice size. The only issue we had ( and only because we had a video game fan with us) was not being able to get the TV’s to work (lots of different remotes). I called Pristine Properties and they had someone there in no time at all to help us out. I also loved the way I was able to log in to their guest portal and make payments for our rental. They are a very easy company to deal with! My only suggestions would be to add some chairs for the outside table and maybe a lounge chair
