We really enjoyed our stay again. We stayed here 2 years ago and was thrilled to be able to stay again and was glad the dates were available. Convenient - Loved being on the beach and having access to the pool. Lots of room for everyone in the house. Needs updating but that didn’t stop us from having a blast.

It’s so hard finding a home in a great location that’s not 6+ bedrooms. It’s always just the 2 of us and our dog and this house was perfect. Very beautifully decorated and you can tell the owners have the renters in mind and try to think of everything we may need! If you’re a big cook/baker, kitchen is very well equipped. The only thing we couldn’t seem to locate was a large baking sheet but they had 2 smaller ones that worked fine for us. Secluded location, not many other houses around you beside the one immediately to your left. Beds were very comfortable. Really enjoyed the screened in porch. Very well-kept, maintained home.

Gulf Breeze is the perfect house! Beautiful views from the house and the screened porch. The kitchen is well stocked. The house is very comfortable and feels like home.

My family came here with our own agendas. Mom…can I open back doors and the beach be right there?? Husband…can wife open back door and beach be right there at a great price for the entire family?? Kids…can mom open back door and the beach be right there and can we come along?? The layout of the house was amazing. My husband and I had the very top floor and we had our own space. The main floor was the kitchen living room and screened porch…kudos on that because those biting flying ants are no joke. Just needs a ceiling fan, but I’m a sit on the porch with fan blowing kind of gal. We had an amazing time catching baby sharks right out in the ocean there. Caught some catfish and red drum. And the way the houses are set up is like a little community. Everybody respectful of each other. The pool was awesome. Grandson and I and few of the kids in the other houses there had fun playing ring toss and Marco Polo. But something else happened to….memories I was able to share with my family of me and my brother running up and down Mexico beach and showing them where my grandparents honeymoon at over six decades ago…El Governor Motel. Showing them the bay and all the hermit crabs. We had only 2 out of 5 of kids with us, the middle (24y) her husband and our grand child (8y) and the youngest son and our youngest (19y). The space in the house was perfect after being on the beach all day we all had our own spots to go and cool off. Very comfortable, especially that top deck in the sunset time with the amazing breeze and most stunning views. Beautiful beach.

We had an amazing last minute weekend getaway at Gulf Breeze. The property was spotless. The beach was incredible. PP had an easy check-in and check-out process.

Thoroughly enjoyed this beach house and the view! The top bedroom and deck were my favorite. Highly recommend. Pristine Properties has a well-designed system for sharing all the info and instructions needed for check in, etc.

We hesitate to write a review for this amazing house because we don’t want everyone to find out about it! Gulf Breeze is a great house with many amenities and a great view of the beach. This is our fourth stay and we will be back for many years to come. Already booked our sisters week of overindulgence for 2021. Our dogs love it here as much as we do. The owners always check on their guests to make sure they have everything they need. We love Cape San Blas and Gulf Breeze!

We really enjoyed our stay at the “Gulf Breeze” and plan to stay there again next September!! The house was very comfortable!! We slept well on very comfortable beds and the view from the screened in porch was absolutely beautiful!! Thank you to the great folks at Pristine Properties, as always it was wonderful booking with y’all!! And the owner even called us to make sure we had everything we needed!! Perfect trip!!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank the both of you for allowing our family to stay in your beautiful home last week.

We have been coming to the Cape for many years for vacation and consider it our home away from home.  There is just something so special about Cape San Blas, and words fail to describe what that something special is. You definitely have to experience it to truly know.

While we have stayed in many homes on the Cape, we really enjoyed Gulf Breeze and consider it among one of the best.  We have a small family, so it can be difficult to find exactly what we need.  Your home was perfect...perfect location, size, and you took the time and effort for all of the little details that make a house a home and perfect for a beach stay.

In a time when you could invest your time and money in other things, I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for investing of yourselves, your time, and your money so that other families like ours can come and get away from it all and make those precious family memories we so need right now.

If I knew what week we had for our vacation next year right now, I would book instantly to stay at Gulf Breeze.  Hopefully we will have our schedules soon and be able to book again for next year!

We're glad to hear you love the property and apologize about the confusion on accessing the property to resolve the ant issue.  The heightened awareness of COVID-19 has entry to properties after occupied slowing response times to resolving new issues.  I'm glad we finally were able to get everything taken care of.

Our second year staying at this home. The owner has totally renovated the interior. It was beautiful before Hurricane Michael, and now the interior is even better! Beautiful view and very easy access to the beach. Would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a relaxing vacation on the Cape.

This home, yes home because that is what it felt like, is beautiful and fully furnished with everything you may need. We had great weather, clear blue/green water. The private board walk is perfect. Pleasantly surprised to receive a phone call from the owner just checking in to make sure everything was good. We plan to book for next year.

We have been coming to Cape San Blas with Theresa's Beach Homes for 8 years. We are were surprised Gulf Breeze had such a nice one floor layout. We are dog people and that dog family is why we come here over other places. Beautiful view of the ocean lovely deck space and room for family to visit. We came to heal over the loss of our 17 yr old Wilbur. It has been an emotional trip yet one we enjoyed to the fullest. We love the house and are so happy you could rebuild after Hurricane Michael. We support our 1st responders and all the civilian hands that came together to keep the Forgotten Coast a special place for dogs and families alike. Cheers to surviving and new beginnings!

Thanks so much for sharing your peace of Paradise. We have been coming to the Cape for over 20 years. We absolutely love this place. The porches were the best we have ever been in. We had a blast at CSB! 3rd visit to your beautiful home and booked for April 2020. The master bath renovation is amazing, we all want the shower. Pongo the dalmatian enjoyed his first visit to Gulf Breeze. His cousin Wrigley the yellow lab showed him the ropes. They enjoyed playing in the ocean and digging in the sand. November is a great time to be on CSB! We are glad to see the rebuilding progress after Hurricane Michael trashed CSB & PSJ. Nothing better than watching the sunset from the porch or beach. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home.

Great beach house. Still some construction going on as the area recovers from the hurricane, but a very secluded spot on a beautiful beach.
