Lala’s Place is a single-family vacation home recently built on the beachside of Mexico Beach. With decks on the front and back of the home, views of the beach and sunsets are incredible. Sparkling white sand and crystal-clear water are just a couple hundred steps away. Being on 32nd Street, Mango Marley’s Restaurant is conveniently located just across the street. It’s a fun spot for everyone with arcade games for kids and TV’s throughout for adults looking to catch the game and a drink.

Once inside this vacation home, the living space is laid out all on one level making it easy to move around. Enjoy your meal with a view around the dining table and then kick back in the leather reclining sofa. The master bedroom has a great deck on the back ideal for morning coffee or reading a book.

If you’re planning to bring your boat to hop onto the open waters, there is space to park in front of the house. The public boat launch is about a half mile down the road. From the Mexico Beach canal, you have access to the Gulf of Mexico where fishing is as good as it gets. If you’re angling for native species such as pompano, Spanish mackerel or grouper, or no matter what your luck brings, make it a little easier on yourself after loading your boat and use the fish cleaning station available at the boat ramp.

Whether you’re fishing, getting away with the girls or bringing the family to build sandcastles and watch sunsets; Lala’s Place is The Place.

Floor Plan: Ground floor-covered/paved parking and outdoor shower. 1st floor – living room with large flat screen TV, 2 recliners and a reclining sofa; dining area, kitchen, full bath with shower/tub combo; Bedroom 1 – a bunk set and TV; laundry closet, Bedroom 2 – queen bed and TV; and Bedroom 3 – master bedroom with queen bed, TV, full bath with shower only and gulf view deck.

Great home and location

The location of this home is great. It was a wonderful trip and we would stay again- no questions asked. The only negative was Pristine Properties (the management company). They constantly are texting things and scam you to rent beach equipment from them when the house actually comes with chairs and a wagon. Ripoff and annoying. I do not need a text reminding me that my last day is tomorrow and bla bla bla. Also, the house is in CST but they make you check out by 10 am EST. Early checkout. However, the house was great. The town still needs work and the restaurants are below average.

The property was the most beautiful place we have stayed in. All one level too once you get up the entrance stairs. It would have been nice to be able to use the lift for suitcases and groceries

Havin' A Blas was a really nice property. So many really fun touches to the decor, too. Pillows in the master bedroom were a little less than ideal but overall it was super nice. The outdoor shower was perfect after a long day on the beach.

Nice property but again the master be mattress is horrible. The kitchen chairs all need the legs tightened. Couches are minimal. Otherwise a nice place.

Overall our stay was enjoyable and we were pleased with the property. I will say I think it's a stretch to advertise this property to sleep 10; in order to sleep 10 you need four people piled onto two small sofa sleepers in the living room ... 8 is more realistic based on my opinion. If we truly had been a party of 10 we would have felt packed in like sardines and it would not have been an enjoyable experience. Another note I would add, is more plush pillows for sleeping. In addition I didn't like that we didn't have any open cabinets or storage (such as a pantry) for food besides a shelf in the utility area. I would suggest lessening the amount of dishes provided and reorganizing so there is shelf space for food. Otherwise the place was clean, beautifully decorated and everything we needed for a week's stay.

Great beach house!

Very nice, new beach house. Very comfortable and super clean. Be sure and bring shampoo, body wash, paper towels and all condiments you might need! Only steps from the beach with water views. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful house and just a short walk to the beach. Plenty of beach gear present in case you forget your own. No real view of the beach from the house, but that didn’t hinder our fun at all.

I was very pleased with the house and location but disappointed with the amount of construction surrounding the house. the noise and lack of privacy was a big downfall. I will not rent this house again in the future after seeing how close all the properties will be after completion.

Our area is growing, whether we want it to or not, and affecting all areas of Cape San Blas. That being said the properties in the area of Havin A Blas are no closer or further apart than other areas on the Cape.
