Description

Latitude Adjustment is a great 4 bedroom single family home that is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood towards the end of Indian Pass. This gulf view property is located just one house back from the beach and views that rival many gulf front homes. Short walk, wonderful views all at a gulf view price. On the main level of the house there is a fantastic screened deck with lounging furniture as well as dining. When you take the exterior stairs, it leads to a top floor open deck where you can up and down the beach. This is a pet friendly home, so everyone can come enjoy their stay any time of the year.

Floor Plan: Ground level – covered, paved parking, full bath, and laundry. 1st level – kitchen, dining area, living room with TV, DVD, VCR and access to the gulf view screened deck; Bedroom 1 – king bed, TV and radio; full bath with shower/tub combo and Bedroom 2 – queen bed. 2nd level – Bedroom 3 – 2 bunk sets, 1 day bed and trundle; full bath – shower only and Bedroom 4 – 2 twin beds.

We are so glad we found this beach and this beach home! The home was perfect and just short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed the screened porch for coffee and breakfast. The beach itself was amazing. Clean, not crowded, and beautiful. There were no problems during our stay, but Pristine Properties has a very helpful portal with everything we needed to know. This house provided a wonderful place for a family vacation, plenty of room for everyone, within steps of the beach and close enough to town to go out to eat and explore! It was all a wonderful experience and the beach itself was nothing short of amazing with its privacy and no crowds! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Great house, on a wonderful quiet beach. Good outdoor space, and literally a hundred feet from the beach. The upstairs bathroom is a little cramped, but fine for kids. I will be back here!

Perfect for beach

Well thought out property has everything for a beach stay - outdoor shower and fish cleaning table, Quick walk to beach and plenty of room on the porch.

Overall, I would say that this house needs a lot of cosmetic repairs, a good extermination, and a new AC unit before I would ever consider paying this much for this property again. Overall, I was fairly disappointed with the shape of the house.

We loved our stay it was second time renting the House .. We put a gazboo on the deck could 1/2 it with a screened in area.. But we still had a great time and the House is beautiful and clean

This is a diamond in the rough. The house is bright lite and airy with fantastic views of the water. We oved the large outdoor deck. We were able to overlook the several unfinished wall and window repairs. However, the lack of comfortable seating was intolerable.

Fantastic house steps from the beach. Our family of 10 and a few small dachshunds really enjoyed our stay there. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Upgraded and all of your needs in the kitchen.

Family getaway

Needed a break from work. This was just what I needed. Did not want to leave. The beach was just footsteps away-loved that. The view was great. Kids and grandkids loved the location. Once we found dog friendly restaurants our stay was even better. The credit towards bikes was a wonderful treat. Thanks!!!

The location and views are great, but we are a small family of three and there was absolutely nowhere in the house that we could comfortably sit and spend time together (inside or out). It would be a wonderful rental if the owners/managers showed any concern whatsoever for renter experience. Thankfully we brought our own pillows and blankets, so sleeping was a little more pleasant. We wound up leaving a day early because we didn't want to spend any more time in that house. We won't rent this house again or recommend it, but for future renters' sake, please consider a minor investment in livable furnishings.

This property was more than we hoped it would be. The home and location were absolutely perfect for what our family wanted! The house was updated and beautiful with water views and only a very short walk to the beach. We would love to vacation here again

The governor opened up rentals on the day we were supposed to start our rental...whew...they handled it great. Checking in at the rental office was a waste of time when all I needed was the door code. We arrived after dark and got stuck in sand on the entry road, fortunately I was able to get in touch with someone (owner?) and he came out and pulled the car out...need to better maintain this road! They were not quick to deal with the smoke alarm and internet password issues. Tiny TV and non HD cable TV is a negative (we had great weather and no need for a TV thankfully) Really, the negatives were not too bad since all the good stuff made up for it. The location is awesome and it is RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Comfortable beds! Clean and well maintained (other than the road) A great time was had by all!

Please note, most of the roads on Cape San Blas are sand and/or limerock and private, not public; therefore not maintained by the County. Sections of the road near this house are sandy and can be difficult. Arriving during daylight hours can make it easier to navigate these types of issues.

We stayed here in 2016 and loved La Mer. This year, we tried it again and loved it. The beaches are the best, the bay is easy access, and the house is so much fun. Wrap around glass allows ocean views wherever you are in the house. Beds are comfortable and the small room on the ocean was my wife's favorite to enjoy views and coffee every morning. If I could improve it, I would add a closed in out door shower. Outdoor shower is strictly for rinse. The Mason's!
