Paradise By The Gulf

Incredible location. Perfect for a family spot. Skip the bike rentals (just get the beach stuff). Anything nearby you can just walk to. Honestly one of the most accessible beach rentals we've ever had, and everything worked perfectly. Style is "Grandma Beach" - so if you're looking for a sleek photo place for your social media life, this is not your spot - haha. But it was PERFECT for me and the kids! 100% Recommended!

Pristine Properties Paradise on the Gulf was a GREAT property. We have nothing but good things to say. The property was completely stocked with everything you would need and it was very clean and the location and the VIEW was FANTASTIC!. Will stay here again next time we visit Cape San Blas!

this was a back-in-time place. Was like I went thru some sort of time portal, NO hustle, and bustle, NO traffic, NO big city noise, no crowds, NO lines no waits. Just you and mother nature, and she was in a pretty good mood that week. If you are looking for a digital detox this is the place, however, if you are looking for bars, clubbing, and endless hours at the local sports bar, that ain't happen, however, Panama City is 60 miles to the west for that.

The location is great, very quiet area - 5 star. The bedding was simple but cozy and the kitchen well stocked for cooking - 4.5 star. The house has an easy layout and is roomy for a 3 bed/3 bath - 5 star. The decks lack sufficient furniture for the size of the house - 3 star. Overall dated living furniture/decor and exterior condition of the house was beat up (likely from storm damage) - 3.5 star. But the option of the VayK credit was a nice bonus and we would consider staying there again given the location and overall layout. 4.5 star.

Our short beach getaway was amazing! Our rental was situated perfectly by the water....only a few steps to the sand & waves. The sunsets were spectacular! I would totally rent this property again.

Absolutely amazing! Literally steps from the ocean, with beautiful views of the ocean, this clean and nicely furnished cabin is a must stay destination. We plan to return for many years to come. Thank you!!

Really enjoyed the simplicity of the reservation process and price and location were great. Place could’ve been a little cleaner back burner on the stove doesn’t work and the blender doesn’t work. Glassware was dirty and living area door doesn’t lock

This was the perfect spot to share a week of sand and sun with our kids and grandkids. The beach is steps away, and we couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful vacation!

We had the best time during our stay at Flamingo Dunes and cannot wait to return. This place is a tremendous value and you cannot beat the location - VERY private, perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy. Great spot for young kiddos.

There was no paper towels, coffee filters, hair blow dryer or wine opener. All things that don’t cost much money but make a big difference. Not what expected for what we paid.

Thank you for this feedback.  Of the items mentioned, a wine opener is something we expect to be in the property.  We do not furnish paper towels, properties don't come stocked with hair blow dryers, and while we do provide a one use supply of coffee/filter we don't supply an entire stay's worth.  We do our best to provide a detailed list of items we would recommend to bring as well as what amenities a property has online.
