Located on the third floor of the East Side of Paradise Shores, Unit 303, is a great place to sit back and enjoy the view. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is a single level unit with and has great views of the beautiful beaches located a short walk across the street. Nicely decorated, your party of 8 will enjoy all that is offered here while on your vacation. With a large kitchen and open living space, it’s perfect for the whole family to spread out.

Paradise Shores features a fantastic pool deck as the center-point of the complex and comes complete with a separate hot tub and exercise facility. There are also two floors of covered parking garages accessed by a secured gate. Located across from the private beach access for Paradise Shores’ guest. For your convenience, there is an outdoor wash station so that you can wash the sand away before entering the complex.

You’ll never find yourself bored here…with the beach, the pool, the hot tub, and the exercise facility. This is the perfect condo in the perfect location of Mexico Beach.

Floor Plan: Bedroom 1 - queen bed and TV; Bedroom 2 - queen bed, TV and full bath with shower/tub combo; laundry closet, full bath with shower only, kitchen, dining area, Bedroom 3 - gulf view master bedroom with king bed, furnished deck, TV, Blu-ray player, small workspace and full bath with double vanities, separate shower and garden tub.

NOTE: Trailer parking is not allowed on site. Trailers must be parked in the public parking lot just over the bridge leaving Mexico Beach on the right. Rules and regulations for this parking can be found on The City of Mexico Beach's website.

Beach Getaway

The condo was really nice, clean, and well equipped with everything that we needed. Having the beach across the street was very convenient. I highly recommend this condo for a nice, quiet beach getaway!

Beautiful unit! Very well supplied, there was even a cabinet with storage containers, something we have not encountered at other rentals. They have a closet with pool/beach toys, chairs, and an umbrella. Pool and hot tub are very nice; you can sit in the hot tub or on the pool deck and look out at the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. Location is wonderful, just walk across the two-lane road and you are on a gorgeous beach with hardly anyone on it. The balcony is large and it faces the canal but also offers a view of the Gulf and its stunning sunsets. The condo was sparkling clean and the furniture was comfortable. The management company was a joy to deal with. Friendly, professional, and competent. Two elevators, never any wait. Secure building with friendly neighbors. We will stay here again!

Overall a great place

The property is huge and was overly equipped with stuff for the stay.

With the exception of the washer the property was fine. It is just with a large group a washing machine is very necessary for a week's vacation, Especially when there is only one towel per person in the rental.

We certainly can understand how the washer being down upon arrival was inconvenient. While we would really like the ability to avoid these kinds of issues we have yet to figure out how to avoid random failures of appliances. Fortunately the fix only took a few days and we hope the extra towels we provided to get your through made a difference.

Everything you need for a great vacation stay

Been staying at paradise shores for years. Always put beach chair in front of car. One of the people you live there left nasty notes. Never would put a room number or phone number so I could talk to them. Was threatening to have my stuff thrown away.

I'm sorry that you had this experience. The buildings rules do require beach items and other guest equipment be left inside the property or in designated spaces within the parking garage. That being said placing those things in front of your vehicle out of sight seems like a reasonable place to store them but we unfortunately aren't the ones who make or enforce the rules. We will certainly follow up with the HOA to report this and your feedback.

the stay was excellent! the only thing we really had to bring was ourselves and food. the condo have everything else you need for your stay, including beach equipment. rooms was very spacious and clean. we just had an all around GREAT stay?

Family vacation with my teenage boys. Awesome

Could have used a map showing where pool/hot tub area is and gym. Several people coming and going with dogs, but site says not pet friendly. The condo was very well kept and clean. The view from the balcony was amazing. The sunsets and watching the dolphins in the water was great. The lady at the office was very welcoming and friendly. Overall an a.azing experience.

Clean and lots of space! Kitchen was great, a bunch of utensils and cooking gear. Plenty of books and games, great tv/internet.. 5 minute walk to the beach, lots of seashells. Glad to see the area is recovering. The check-in/out process was super fast, the lady who helped me was very nice. Hope to visit again!

Beautiful Condo

This condo is HUGE! Everything about it is updated and immaculate, and there is an over abundance of space. This was our first trip to Mexico Beach and we were not disappointed. It is a lovely little strip of quiet beach with good foods spots - right next door and one a short drive up the road. We hope to visit this complex again in the future. The only suggestion I have is to add keyless entry - we arrived in the evening after the office is closed and had an issue getting in. Other than that, we loved the condo!

Perfect beach getaway.

We had a great time on our girls trip at this condo. The condo had absolutely everything we needed, and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. It's just a two minute walk to the beach and the pool was great. We can't wait to stay here again next year.

We LOVE Mexico Beach. We stayed in this same unit several years ago and we were very pleased. Maybe that is the reason we were disappointed this time because we had high expectations. I say maybe because we would consider another unit and possibly another rental company depending on the response we get from this survey.
