Paradise Shores 403 Sunset Paradise

This was our 3rd stay at Paradise Shores. Each time in a different unit. We enjoyed them all.

First, the pictures of the property are accurate, but the actual property is larger than the pictures can portray and we were very pleased. It's in a great location, and although near the main road, is almost soundproif from traffic, or other renters' noise. The property is very clean, and the property managers were very responsive. Everything was working properly, with a few wifi hookups, probably due to rain in the area and easily remedied with a re-boot. Our only surprise was there are no kitchen condiments or coffee provided; many VRBO properties are amply supplied with such. Would also suggest adding hairdryer on list of items to bring as one is not supplied.

Property was well maintained and clean. Right across the street from beach and very close to Killer Seafood. Only negative was the canal right next to condo, looked nasty. Parking underneath building was very convenient, kept you out of the weather. Would stay there again. The sliding barn door to master bathroom did come off the track with normal use, too heavy for me to put back on.

Very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. Has a good view of the beach. Only suggestion would be to add some sort of shades or drapes over doors to balcony. Sunlight at some times during the day was brutal with nothing to block it.

Plenty of room and the place was very spacious. A really ideal proximity to all that was of interest to us. I love Paradis Shores for several reasons including location and ease of stay. People are friendly and the property seemed to be cared for in a good way. The only slight item I would mention is the less than expected quality of the bedding & the linens. The kitchen was better equipped than my kitchen at home! Absolutely everything I believe anyone could think of to offer. The appliances were nice and newer. My favorite spot is the balcony with the relaxation of the ocean view and a place to prop up your feet and enjoy. Thanks for a great stay.

A very relaxing enjoyable stay. Excellent accommodations directly across from the beach. Easy access getting to the beach as well as a nice view of the beach, and even though our condo was on the side we had excellent views of the evening sunsets and listening to the waves as they washed ashore in the evening quite.

We had a great time! Such a nice view of sunset on deck every night. Deck was shady and nice in mornings for morning coffee but later in afternoon while sun was starting to going down was a little warm. There was a small alligator in water below was fun to watch him swim around! Beds were comfortable. We ended up having to go buy our own pans due to ones in unit were dirty and unusable. WIFI never worked while we were there, Did have to call maintenance due to clogged tub in queen bedroom. They came out same day and repaired. Overall would rent this unit again. Close to restaurants and nice drive to surrounding areas.

As always, Mexico Beach did not fail to provide the perfect location for family time with a side of fun! The condo was spacious and quiet which was nice, sparse on decor but when the windows are open at the beach, do you really need it?!?

This property is exactly as described & matched the pictures accurately. This unit was very clean & I’d definitely stay here again! It is very spacious & perfect for family or friends to stay together comfortably. The only suggestion I have is 2 towels per a guest instead of only one.

This was a fabulous condo!! Plenty of room and the kitchen and master bedroom are amazing!! The furniture in the living room was a little worn out but other than that the only problem we encountered (but wasn't really a problem for us) was that the wireless internet did not work the majority of the time we were there. Other than that everything was great. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

This is our last day and I sure do hate to leave! This condo is very well equipped for a family stay. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of space. Morning coffee on the balcony was my favorite. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked most of our meals. Top notch appliances including washer and dryer. Such a short walk down to the beach. We’ve had a perfect week!

If I had to critize anything.... I wish they would have checked the light bulbs first we had about 10 that were blown. The entire place was amazing though! We will return!
