Dishwasher, Microwave, Blender, lots of accessories! Washer/Dryer, telescope for stargazing, excellent floor plan features large gathering room/dining area, private boardwalk to beach, outside shower, outside grill area with large benches for seafood gatherings and fish cleaning station.

Stunning views from virtually every room! Watch rolling dolphins, graceful gliding pelicans and showering schools of baitfish from the large sundeck, upper balcony for upstairs bedrooms offer fantastic view! The studio apartment on the ground floor, while there is no interior access to the main house, has cable TV with DVD, small fridge, microwave and full bath. Great property and met description. Although the quality/quantity of some basic supplies was lacking. Despite being informed of the limited paper products, one would think the quality of those provided would have been far better.

A lovely house, the location is just breathtaking. Wonderful sunsets every night. Very quiet and relaxed. There are a couple things in the house that need repair and a little tlc but overall its been great. the kitchen is very well equipped, and the beds were super comfortable, we all slept so well. great place! Thank you

I cook a lot - even at the beach - so the pots and pans at the unit were a disappointment …. But very adequate for the person on vacation not doing much cooking.

Paradise Shores is a great Condo, but Pristine Properties did not answer phone to answer our questions. We had to ask Condo owner to get us code for parking and elevator. Had to ask maintenance person to get our LR TV to operate.

The kitchen was not well stocked. We cook most of our meals and the kitchen was not furnished to do extensive cooking.

Mint condition with perfection on the decor and comfort

We have stayed in a lot of condos the past 57 years and this was the nicest condo we could ever imagine. The decor was exquisite with the furniture. That couch though...wow! I’m in love with this room and the location. Thank you Pristine for one of the top condos!
