Location! Location! Location! We have always stayed on 30A but we wanted something less crowded. We stumbled on Indian Pass and found our new favorite vacation spot! We have never stayed anywhere with our on private walkway just steps to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all even though it was a holiday weekend. We were planning our next trip back before we left!- Posted: 5/31/2023
Pelican Bend was the perfect, relaxing retreat for our family. The stunning ocean views and private beach access has us already wanting to rebook! The location was very quiet and safe. We thoroughly enjoyed having every meal on the back patio over looking the sea and wildlife. We cannot wait to come back!- Posted: 4/9/2023
Had a blast!- Posted: 10/14/2022
Features that are advertised should be in working order or you should be made aware before arriving. We have to pay in full before arriving and expect to be able to use the hot tub during our two week stay.- Posted: 7/30/2022
We certainly understand your disappointment about the hot tub. We did prematurely begin advertising the hot tub just prior to your arrival finding out only afterwards it wasn't ready. We do apologize about the mix up and know it will be fully operational when you return.Visit Florida Beaches Dev (Shared Code) staffPosted: 8/6/2022
Amazing location, beach front! Private and quiet area. Lots of chairs outdoors and firepit. We really enjoyed our stay!- Posted: 6/19/2022
This property was perfect for all of our guests and even our small children. The screened in porch was perfect for them to run around and play in while also having privacy. The bedrooms were so spacious that we could fit pack and plays and still be able to walk around in the room. The elevator was a huge help as far as unloading stuff and getting children upstairs after a long day at the beach. The boardwalk had a lot of stairs but because it was so close to the shoreline, we were not exhausted getting to the beach because we didn't have to trudge through all the soft sand long. There was construction going on next door but the house was insulated enough to where the babies were never woken up. We would stay here again for sure!!!!

Great place with an awesome location. Half way between Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, right on the beach.- Posted: 3/10/2022
Very nice property and well maintained. Just needs a little extra attention to detail on the supplies.
- Posted: 2/13/2022
Thank you for your feedback and can appreciate the desire to want more supplies provided upon arrival; especially for just a 3 night stay. While we don't have plans to change our policy of providing just initial supplies to guests during their stay we are looking at changes to what supplies we provide.

Beautiful location

This is a wonderful place to stay for a family who wants to bring a family member with difficulty with stairs. The elevator was a godsend for our family - it was clean, roomy enough for four people, well lit and even cool inside. The house was clean and comfortably furnished. But the winning feature for us was the two huge screened in decks. We were able to have all meals on the decks and watched both sunrises and sunsets from there. There were six of us there plus two dogs and we all loved it.
- Posted: 9/26/2021
The screened porches were great. Chairs on the decks would have been beneficial. Unfortunately the trees blocked the view even from the third floor deck. This would be main reason I probably wouldn’t rent this property again. The elevator was a real plus.

This house is just what we needed. It allows us to bring our fur baby and actually enjoy being away from home and still being together. Thank you!- Posted: 11/14/2021
This was our first time to Indian Pass and we had an amazing experience. The house was old but unique in a cool way. Great location!!- Posted: 10/4/2021
My husband and I and two fur babies enjoyed this house so much. It’s comfortable and charming and the front porch is magical and so relaxing . Even with some bad weather from Ida, it was a perfect and a much needed week away.- Posted: 9/29/2021
the constant vehicles driving down the beach got very annoying at high tide leaving almost zero beach to lounge i would warn future renters of this so they aren't surprised.

Driving on the beach by permitted vehicles is allowed in all of Gulf County. However when vehicles can access the beach to drive on it is restricted to certain access points. Indian Pass does have multiple access points but also tends to have the largest beaches in most areas in comparison to Cape San Blas or St Joe Beach.

Loved the house!!!! It was perfect t place for our family.- Posted: 6/28/2021
The property is absolutely gorgeous, well equipped and furnished, with wonderful decks, access to the beach, and comfortable accommodations. There was so much we loved about it. However, the main reason we rented it was because it had an elevator. My father is a 94 year old WWII veteran who has difficulty walking, so stairs were not an option. The elevator did not work when we arrived (also, the door code we were given did not work.) We finally got through to after hours maintenance and got the code reset, but they could not address the elevator problem until the following morning. So my dad had to walk up 2 flights of stairs, which was not easy for him. The next day (Monday), maintenance came out and couldn't get the elevator working, so he called the elevator company who came out the next day (Tuesday) and found one door not latched correctly. The elevator worked until Wednesday morning, when it got to the 3rd floor and would not move from there. Again we called maintenance, who came out Thursday, could not resolve, and contacted the elevator company again. Elevator company came Friday, and fixed a sensor in the 2nd floor so it worked again. We were leaving the following morning. I would say that the elevator worked for maybe 1.5 days of our entire stay. While my brother & sister & I were able to come & go, my father was stuck on the 3rd floor for most of the stay and could not enjoy the excursions that we were able to. Perhaps it should be made clear that the elevator is not guaranteed to be operating correctly so guests should not count on it being available. It would have saved us a great deal of disappointment.

Thank you for your feedback and we certainly understand your frustration about the elevator. They are super convenient for use but when not working it can make things very difficult if needed. We are very sorry the lack of working use from the elevator made such an impact on your stay.

Great house, just a lot of stairs, but there was a handy elevator. Good location with not a lot of people on the beach when we went late April.

Would also like additional chairs in downstairs bedrooms. Upstairs screen door flew open in high winds (Sat Storm) and bent the closing rod.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time. We were apprehensive about a spring break during a pandemic, and everything about the property and experience was excellent and we felt safe and comfortable at all times. The home was just as promised, and a little more. It was exactly the perfect fit for our family. Thanks for a much needed and great family vacation!- Posted: 3/21/2021
The property is beautiful and although it is technically beachfront, you can not see it from any of the decks. The mosquitos at night were horrific and made grilling out and cleaning fish difficult. The beach is beautiful but not meant for swimming. We enjoyed plenty of fishing and kayaking, though the steps to the ocean are cumbersome.

We loved the house, and it's location right next to the boat ramp. We brought our boat and fished several days.

Great beach house, perfect for a small family getaway and some privacy. beautiful beach.- Posted: 2/4/2021
Such a beautiful spot to chill for a few days! The deck is ideal if you’re taking a dog with you. You can leave doors open to the ocean and not have to worry about them getting out. We’ll definitely be back!- Posted: 1/24/2021
Great location, amazing views.- Posted: 1/16/2021
Awesome property!!
- Posted: 11/6/2020
We enjoyed the screen porches, in fact, we lived in them! Each level had a very large screen porch, each with tables and comfortable chairs. They were also well equipped with fans so even on a still day, we had a great breeze! The property was delightful, but is on Indian Pass, which is not our favorite beach. We ended up in this property due to some miscommunication between owners in the place on CSB we originally chose so we may not rent this property again.

Great location- like having your own private beach! My favorite was the huge covered porch with double hammock and outdoor shower!- Posted: 8/9/2020
Amount of steps was cumbersome. The biggest issue was the closeness to the boat ramp and the constant flow of fishermen. The water was mostly chocolate the whole time, which makes swimming hard to do as I like to see my feet. Great property though.

Between the mosquitos, the endless stair climbing whether inside the house or walking down to a disappointing beach area, we were all left feeling we’d missed out on a beach trip.
- Posted: 7/5/2020
I'm sorry to hear that Indian Pass is not for you. There are a lot of people love the "old florida" look and feel of that area but there are certainly those that don't.

Just feet away from the only boat ramp within 3 miles brings you to a beautiful property where if you are there to fish or just relax , you can have the best of both worlds! Relax in this charming, spacious home with amazing decks, screened and unscreened. Take in the views of wildlife, and water by day, look left and see St, Vincent’s sound look right and you see the Gulf of Mexico. Relax in the evening and see amazing sunsets and the Milky Way right in front of you! No light pollution here! All decked out is truly what it means! I cannot wait to return.from Marietta Georgia - Posted: 6/14/2020
We had such an amazing time at All Decked Out, we cant wait to go back! It has its own private walkway right to the beach and our dog loved playing in the waves. The house is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway. My favorite feature has to be the decks. Every morning I’d sit and watch the sunrise with an amazing view of the Pass and St Vincent Island. The elevator was such a nice convenience too! We will definitely be coming back!- Posted: 2/16/2020
All Decked Out. is a very beautiful home and the elevator is great for us old folks! I loved waking up to incredible views of the Gulf and of Apalachicola Bay! Our big gang of folks had a great time on the very spacious decks which are furnished very nicely! I loved walking on the beach and the fishing there was incredibly good! I will definitely be back!from Atlanta - Posted: 3/27/2020
