Contacted property management twice through VRBO site then called the direct #. No response to any of them. Still had a great time.

Location is perfect! Loved both of the decks. The king bed wasn’t comfortable and the property would be a little tight for 6 people if we had stayed for a whole week. Overall we had a great stay because the location is just so good. Can’t beat ocean views and a short walk over the dunes to the beach.

Good views and access to the beach. The upstairs sliding door could not be opened. Thus we were deprived of the upstairs deck. On a positive note, the rental unit was clean and reasonably well furnished. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we do feel we were some what shortchanged by not having full use of the facilities.

Amazing!!! Impressed the moment we walked through the front door. The house was immaculate!!! The view was amazing!!! This will be our go to beach vacation from now own. On a scale of 1 to 10 on how great the property is, I give it a 100!!!

This house is sits directly on a beautiful quiet beach and the house was ver clean and well equipped with everything we needed. There is one restaurant close by which was always busy. We decided to eat out every night and ended up making the short drive to either Port St Joe or Apalachacola where you can find a number of great restaurants.

It was a great mommy getaway. Secluded private beach. Saw dolphins each morning as we had our morning cup of Joe. Sunsets in the evening on the deck over the dunes were magnificent. Nicely decorated large LR with new furniture, big screen TV, recliners for daydreaming as I looked at the water. Mattresses were comfy making sleeping in a real treat. Master BR has TV, sofa and has a great porch retreat facing the water. Kitchen is well stocked. Thanks to the owners we enjoyed PL-1 We mommies will definitely be back !

We loved our stay at this townhome. It is a quiet area and away from all the crowds, we had the beach nearly to ourselves each day! We enjoyed our coffee on the porch listening to the waves and just walked right down the stairs to the beach each day. There is nothing like the convenience of just walking back in to restock the cooler or grab a snack. We made most meals at home to maximize our beach time; but, also enjoyed the Indian Pass Raw Bar (fun experience) or took the short drive into Port St. Joe for groceries or dinner. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Everything about our stay at Pelican Landing 3 was fantastic, from the secluded nature of the beach and easy beach access to the covered decks, which allowed us to enjoy the beach even in the heat of the day! Our only disappointment was how shallow and muddy the water was; we had to go to another family member’s rental on Cape San Blas to swim.

Awesome location! First time in this area - had fun exploring. Had the beach to ourselves! Water looks similar to bay water, but crystal clear beaches are a short drive away. We had a fun time fishing from the shoreline - caught a lot of fish. So many shells as well. Enjoyed bonfires on the beach at night. Property decor is a little dated, but owners put a lot of thought into helping guests feel welcome, Was hard to leave when our week ended,

My family and enjoyed the time we got to spend at Pelican Landing 1. The beaches are gorgeous and quiet and only a few steps from the house which was so convenient when toting all our things to the beach along with two small children. Sometimes we have found beach homes to be minimal and not well decorated; however, this home is perfectly set up and is updated and decorated with the clear personal touches of someone with an eye for design. When we weren't at the beach or collecting shells, we loved lunches on the porch listening to the ocean, movies for the kids on the large flat screen while parents cooked in the updated kitchen, and story time on the bunk beds. Though nothing beats evenings on the private master patio listening to the waves. We loved our time here and can't wait to go back!

Love the Pelican Landings and Indian Pass. Various things are updated stay to stay. We love the new boardwalk and sitting area, and ramp down to the beach. This is a fantastic improvement.

Pelican Landing 3 was a beautiful property. The location is what made this place a “win” for me. We were the only people on the beach in our vicinity for the duration of our stay. The master suite bed was comfortable and our children enjoyed the twin bedroom that connected to ours through the master bath. The shower water pressure was nice and the seating on both decks were wonderful! The pantry had a really weird smell the entire week that was almost gag-worthy. We smelled it immediately upon check-in. Other than that, the stay was amazing. We would come to Indian Pass again (and this rental). We normally stay on Cape San Blas, but after our week in Indian Pass, we will definitely be choosing this location from here on out.
