Pristine Properties was very responsive. Just four of us. House perfectly named.... but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved the beach. Wonderful vacation. Can’t wait to come back.- Posted: 6/7/2021
The location can't be beat if you like a private, quiet beach, which is what we were looking for. The place has a beautiful view and a short walk to the beach. Watching the dolphins swim by every day was a treat. The kitchen is well stocked. The porch and view are lovely. For the price, this place is great. The furniture, furnishings and beds do need updated.

It was our first time to this area. We had a great week! Kids enjoyed it, and we had a great time bonding as a family. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Absolutely amazing! We will be back to this area. It was so quiet and peaceful. We basically had the beach to ourselves. You cannot beat that. My only complaint was there was a connection issue with the satellite so no TV and no response when we let them know early on in our stay but we weren't there to watch TV so it wasn't the end of the world. WE will be back!- Posted: 8/17/2019
The unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The location was perfect: right on the beach with a very short and convenient access to it. The customer service was great: upon our arrival, we could not figure out how to unlock the door and a representative came out very quickly to assist us with that. The only disappointment we had was the quality of the water in the ocean. We have been everywhere at Florida Panhandle including Cape San Blas but it was our first time at Indian Pass and we were surprised to find the water to be different here: it was never clear, see-through and blue like everywhere else we had been before, but dark and brownish. So we had to take a 10-minute drive every afternoon to Cape San Blas public beach so the kids could swim because they were afraid to swim in the dark water. That was the only issue we encountered during our stay.I32- Posted: 10/5/2019
