Huge house with plenty of room for big family or lots of friends. Elevator made it super convenient bring stuff in and up to the 3rd floor where the kitchen is located.

The property is in a very convenient location close to the beach and the trading post. Primary bathroom a bit small. Good for a small family.

Great stay! Super convenient location, great bedrooms, amazing outdoor amenities. Would've loved the house to be equipped with a broom to help us brush out sand throughout the trip and better water pressure, but overall had a great stay.

This is our second stay at Sammy’s Place. It is the perfect spot for our 4 generational family. The elevator is a real bonus for loading & unloading all our vacation stuff & for our 94 year old grandmother. The proximity to the beach, local towns & restaurants is perfect. The kitchen is so well equipped that we had everything we needed to cook in two nights & fix breakfasts. The screened in upper porch is the perfect spot to start & end the day. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Very easy walk to beach! Beautiful, comfortable home. Enjoyed having the gate on the porch when having our pup out there with us. Would be nice to have some type of storage that can be used in the parking area so beach items were safe to be left outside.

The house was great! So close to the beach. We loved being out on the deck, might want to add a fan. Definitely would stay here again, the house had everything including spices, detergent, plenty of pots and pans.

Even though there were things that need attention I rated it 5 star because overall our stay was great! Nice location to the beach area. Plenty of room for 4 guests. Loved the deck outside and a great spot to enjoy meals. Overall a nice place to stay! and we will rent again.

This house was great for our family trip this summer-it husband and I and 4 teenagers plus our dog. There was plenty of space and we were glad to be able to find a nice 3 bedroom house since we were not sharing the cost with another family. The walk to the beach was short. There are ocean views and the covered deck was really nice place to hang out. We appreciated the dog bowls we could borrow. The decorations were nice and everything seemed up to date.

Great host, great location, perfect get away! The home is well equipped, and comfortably held the 6 in our party. You can view the ocean from the patio, and the kitchen is perfectly sized for large meals. The property was in great condition. We're planning our next trip based upon this last stay, and we'll be back!

Best Florida vacation yet! The house was wonderful and incredibly stocked in the kitchen with everything you need to cook. The location was amazing- the beach was basically outside our door and you could hear the waves all day from the screened in balcony

This home was perfect! We had 3 teens and a baby. Our mother in law and best friend came, and there was enough room for all of us and then some.
The master bedroom is BEAUTIFUL!!
The kitchen is huge, and the beach is maybe a 2 min walk.
The elevator is extremely convenient as this home does have quite a few stairs.
Everything about this home was perfect for our 4 days at the beach. Thank you for hosting!!!
just a little tip for anyone visiting the area, there isn’t very many stores, closest grocery store is piggly wiggly about 15 min drive back into port St. Joe. So be sure to grab groceries on your way in.
There’s also a place that delivers firewood (the number is on the corner of the road as you pull in) we made a point to have a fire on the beach, this was the best part of our trip. Kids made s’mores and explored the beach at night.

Fantastic property with a great beach. The house was everything we expected and more, we couldn't have asked for anything better for a fabulous beach vacation (except for maybe a outdoor grill). We would gladly book another beach vacation here again.

Absolutely perfect house for our 2 families. Location was perfect & a super quick walk to the beach. Loved the extra living area on the middle floor for the kids! The elevator made loading & unloading wonderful! Covered parking was a bonus as well as outdoor shower! We will definitely vacation here again!

This was our family’s first time visiting the area and Salt Cured provided everything we needed. The location was perfect, the home is beautiful and well equipped with everything needed and it was just walking steps to the beach. The area is slow key, perfect for family and plenty of delicious restaurants nearby.

This house is amazing! Plenty of space for everyone ( we traveled with 5 adults, 3 children and 1 toddler) more than enough kitchen/dining materials! Extra blankets and pillows, fabulous master bed/bath! We would absolutely stay here again!

My family and I enjoy our stay at Sammy’s Old Place. Everything was as expected in the listing. The check in/check out process was seamless. The view of the beach was great! We love visiting Port St. Joe and staying near the beach. The property was well maintained and offered a relaxing atmosphere for our Spring Break getaway. Even with staying during a pandemic, we felt safe. I do think for the cleaning fee charged, the cleaners could do a better job in some areas. We did bring our own cleaning supplies to use. Overall, we plan to rent Sammy’s old place again.

The house was everything and more than we could of asked for. It easily accommodated our large multigenerational family. The elevator was a fantastic help in getting all our “stuff” in and out and my 92 year old mom from floor to floor. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped including every pot, pan, and utensil we could have wished for. It has been beautifully decorated and felt more like a home than a hotel. The beach is gorgeous and only steps away. If we return to Port St Joe for a future vacation we all agreed this would be our #1 choice.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean and comfortable and the location was amazing! We loved being able to hear and see the ocean from the deck. The kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. Our only issue was water pressure and availability. Would love to stay at this home again!

We loved our stay at Salt Cured. Beautiful house inside and out. We spent a lot of time on the large covered deck listening to the waves. Everything we needed was in this beautiful house. Just a few steps to the beach. The house was perfect.

Great location for those who just want to relax on the beach and be away from a lot of people. This was a girls trip, there was 10 of us and we had a fabulous. Other than giving a little more care to the cleanliness of the house (dusting, cleaning hair from bathrooms, and shampooing/cleaning of fabric furniture), the stay was totally awesome!
