The property is directly on the beach, for beach coffee each morning, and easy access to the kitchen and bathroom through the day. Perfect for younger kids who may need to go up multiple times. The unit was immaculate, the staff was easy to communicate with and check in/out was a breeze. We would absolutely recommend Pristine Properties and stay with them again!

Excellent location with only a few steps to the ocean. Fully stocked with whatever you need for your trip. Being older (60’s) there are quite a few steps to navigate but overall it was a great condo with beautiful views. Hoping there are more restaurants coming in the future as we drove to Port St. Joe each night for dinner. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this area for a quiet beach vacation.

Calming and peaceful. The view of the beach when you first enter the living room is breath taking. The property is well managed and beautifully decorated. Communication between property management and us was timely, efficient, and helpful from the check in process to check out. Definitely the best vacation for relaxation.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The house has a lot of room for families and 2 separate living areas was nice for those in our group that had to work remotely. The area is quiet and the walk to the beach was short. Rental company is very responsive and great to work with. One of the highlights for us is the pair of eagles that have a nest close to the house. We saw them everyday from the kitchen window. Cat5 Restaurant was a great find that is a 8 min drive away. Port St. Joe is 15 min away - Hungry Howie's Pizza is really good. Apalachicola is 25 minutes away but worth the drive; lots of quaint shops. Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve Nature Center has nice walks and interesting inside center to tour. T.H. Stone Memorial St. Joseph Peninsula State Park at Cape San Blas is about 15 min away and we enjoyed the trails. A couple of things that could be improved would be a refresh of the living room furniture and addition of safety grab bars in the bathrooms.

Loved the property, extremely short walk to the beach. Fish cleaning area was also the perfect area to clean shells and lay them out to dry. Short drive to Port St. Joe, the state park, and an hour to St. George Island.

Could throw a tennis ball to the water from the porch. It is a very nicely decorated and very very well equipped rental. The stairs were a little problem for my 89 year old legs, but were no problem for my younger wife and niece.

Sandcastle is a beautiful condo with all the amenities of home. I was especially impressed with the kitchen. It was well stocked with everything we needed to cook great meals. One thing the owners might consider is replacing the mattress in the bedroom on the highway side. It is a little creaky for two adults. Otherwise everything was excellent!

We usually use Collins on St. George and have for 25 yrs. .We have attended the Tour of Homes and stayed in St. George and 1st time in St. Joe and fell in love with the area!

Beautifully decorated. So clean. I’ve never seen such a stocked kitchen. There’s nothing that’s not there. Beds were comfy. Loved our stay - we’ll be back for sure!
