The property has great views of the Gulf of Mexico and St Joseph's Bay giving you the opportunity to see the sun rise and set from the same house. The 4 bedrooms with 3 private baths is perfect for large families or multiple families vacationing together. Whether swimming in the pool, sunbathing on the decks, or having a day at the beach this is the place for you. Oh did I mention your four legged family member is welcome too.

One of the best condo/townhouses I've stayed on the Gulf of Mexico. Very cozy, cottage feel to it. Beautifully decorated and the color scheme was serene. Only negative I could say is that we are an older couple and we struggled with the steep stairs. I should have called the property management to see if they had someone available to help us with our baggage. I'm sure they would have accommodated. Very nice people to deal with.

Our Stay

The property is in an excellent location and beautifully decorated. It is stock with everything you need. The low-key atmosphere makes it easy to really relax and enjoy the amazing views of the ocean. We are looking forward returning for our next vacation! .

Great House for family trip

we were scalloping for first time with our 2 grown children - their spouses and our 2 grandsons - ages 2.5 and 6. Was great house / good location to beach / the onsite pool was perfect for the kids.. LOVED IT

Great house. Short walk to the beach through beautiful neighborhood. You can see gulf from house. Enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and beautiful beaches.

The rude behavior of the cleaning person upon arrival was quickly overshadowed by the first class facility and positive treatment from other staff members. Plan to rent again next year.

A long day of cleaning houses can make you cranky but certainly no reason to be rude. We're happy you enjoyed your stay and do apologize for delay in getting in initially.

We loved it! The property was redone after hurricane Michael and was beautifully done. There were so many extras to make us feel at home, even cozy throws on the living room furniture. We love Mexico Beach and hope to be able to visit again next year!

Exactly what we needed & wanted

This was a great place to get away & socially distance during the pandemic. Easy access to the beach & the private pool was fabulous! Loved that it’s in a gated community with very little traffic. Property pics are accurate & it had everything we needed and more, including a high chair, crib, & pack ‘n play. Overall, we had a great experience & would highly recommend staying here!
