This property has it all...great view of the gulf, large community pool and plenty of space for the entire family. Sea Cliffs is a gated townhome community located on the North end of Cape San Blas near the State Park. It is a very nice neighborhood and great for families, even the dogs as there are pet stations throughout for the afternoon walks. Capture the Cape is great for a large group. There are 4 bedrooms that each have their own full baths, TV and DVD players. Two of the bedrooms are masters with King beds and private balconies that each have wonderful views of the beach and the pool. Let the kids play while you relax. There is an elevator in the property making it easy to carry the groceries to the top floor living area. The entire home is nicely furnished and well equipped; come enjoy all of the fun this property has to offer.

Floor Plan: Ground level - covered, paved parking, foyer and laundry area. 1st level - Bedroom 1 - Master bedroom with king bed, TV, DVD, full bath and private, furnished deck with great views of the gulf, pool & playground; and Bedroom 2 - 2 twin beds, TV/DVD and full bath. 2nd level - Bedroom 3 - Master bedroom with king bed, TV, DVD/VCR, full bath and furnished, private balcony with great views; and Bedroom 4 - queen bed, TV, DVD and full bath. 3rd level - main living floor with living room with TV, and DVD; daybed with trundle; and an eat-in kitchen with a table to seat 6 and 4 barstools, 1/2 bath and a open sundeck.

We love the cape this was our 6th trip there started coming in 2010.. We would love to rent this property again for next year. I just want to say the property was perfect for us! It was the perfect family getaway for myself, husband, 16 yr old daughter and 76 yr old Aunt. We absolutely loved the convenience of the elevator, we’ve rented homes in the past with this feature and it’s so handy on load and unload days especially. We did use the beach rental equipment credit but we’re pleasantly surprised with the beach equipment in the garage. And huge thanks for the ice maker that was a great addition, highly recommend for a vacation rental, we actually talked about how nice it would be to have one installed at our house.. I know there were a lot of unkind comments left by previous tenets about the shape of the property if your looking for a Ritz this property isn’t for you it’s a well loved beach house just like most peoples homes, but if your looking for a house to feel at home in this is it! To us it is what the cape is about the simple things and being able to kick back, unplug, spend precious time with family making memories and just enjoy the ride for a few days.. lower stars on the kitchen just because I’m a cook and love a well stocked kitchen, but we made do and everything was in good working order that we did use. Also a little bit heavier bed spread in the master would be a nice addition but not a must have. Only issue we had the whole week was the elevator one day (Sunday) emailed vs called since it was a Sunday didn’t expect a call back or it to get fixed until Monday, but someone was there in less than 2 hours and got it fixed shout out to how quickly of a response we got on that!

We took our daughter, son-in-law and grand children to visit and they had the most amazing time & made wonderful memories!! Amazing!!! Loved the view of beach & pool. Easy access to both!!

Loved our location - easy. Each access, could see beach from balconies. We enjoyed walking and biking the trail and the park.

End of summer vaca

Great place for 2 families, plenty of room, perfect location in sea cliffs. Right by pool. Elevator is a big plus as the kitchen and living area are on 4th floor.

For the price, needs some updates....kitchen cabinets at least need a face lift, kitchen countertop upgraded slightly and all the bathroom vanites are too low. Owner should consider replacing those to a better quality and height.
