Spent most of our time on kayaks on the water behind the house catching lots of fish. Short walk to the beach. Hope to return soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The soaps and dish washing detergent were a very cheap quality. I would recommend washing all the cooking utensils and pots before using. Some of the bowls were not clean. There is no dishwasher so bring paper goods and cups. It would be nice to have a coffee maker that uses pods. The porch could be much more enjoyable with a nice cup of coffee.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, but the climb up and down the hill to and from the beach was troublesome from some of our guests.

Beautiful location right on the beach. View from sitting area inside and on patios was perfect. We really enjoyed the property.

We loved Stella Luna. The first floor bedroom was a bit of a disappointment, since the rest of the house is so awesome, but as it turned out we didn’t need it. Loved the vacation equipment delivery and definitely will use that service again. In all another amazing week at the Cape!. Great house, view and cost!

We didn't know what to expect, and were pleasantly surprised it was exactly as the ad described - and more! The sunrise/sunset's were absolutely amazing...and the horseback ride at sunset on the beach will NEVER be forgotten! Highly recommend the SummerBay!

We had a great time at Summer bay. It was clean and everything worked well. Communication was great with the rental company. It’s such a lovely house, perfect for a small family. Great area on the bay too and hope to stay again one day.

We are an active couple with a small poodle who returned to Cape San Blas this year to celebrate our 30th anniversary. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Summerbay. The location, weather and amenities were perfect for us to enjoy all of the things we had planned, such as hiking, kayaking, windsurfing and walking the beach. The house had a secluded feel, even though it was close to stores, etc. We stopped at Piggly Wiggly in Port St Joe on our way in, stocked up on food, paper towels, bug spray, etc. so that we could make our own meals, stay put, and enjoy the beautiful nature by foot, bike or paddle...and that's exactly what we did!

We loved how close to the beach the house was. Did not like that there was only one king bed and only one bedroom facing the gulf.

Dishwasher needs to be replaced. Had to hand wash dishes all week. Front bedroom upstairs has a sag in the bed. Sand spurs need to be dealt with if offering it for a pet friends property. Also please disclose how close the neighboring homes are. The description is deceiving. Also please make your renters aware of potential construction at neighboring houses. Listening to a total inside demo directly Nextdoor to us the whole week was horrible.

Since this review the dishwasher has been replaced.  Also our area is in a current state of growth and construction is present throughout the area constantly.  From new construction to continuing repairs from Hurricane Michael.  Please note that in our County there is no requirement by others to give notice when construction work is to begin on adjacent properties.  If we are made aware of schedules or planned work we can pass along the information.

We have been staying at Stella Luna for 7 years and we love the location . There are still a few things that need updating. The dishwasher and the washer and dryer are very old. The dishwasher is problematic on starting. Also we had horrible water pressure this year. It really didn’t matter when you took a shower inevitability the shower would stop and you would have maybe a drip of water. I’m not sure if it’s a beach problem or the unit itself.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a long time guest of Pristine's and Stella Luna.  The property has recently changed out the washer and dryer, unfortunately after your stay.  In regards to the water pressure, this unfortunately is an area issue (Cape San Blas) but one that I know the water utility is working to try to upgrade.

Summer bay was perfect for our family of 5. The dock was fun! The home was clean. Only compliant was that several light bulbs were out so I just replaced them. Would stay again!

This was our second stay at Stella Luna.....wonderful this time. Any issues from first stay were addressed and the whole family was comfortable. Beach access is great. Thanks for another great memory!

This was our first stay at Stell Luna and we loved it. Right on the beach your own little world. No heavy tourist attractions. Such a beautiful way for the family to reconnect. Size works well for 8, location superior. We will consider it again in the future and promote it to others.

A fantastic location and wonderful house. So quiet, private and serene. A perfect getaway from everyday life. The private dock was the perfect place for sunrise and the gulf a short stroll away. I'd highly recommend this property

We had an amazing time at Summerbay! The view of the bay was breathtaking, just make sure you have buy spray! We definitely will book again if we end up at Cape San Blas in the future!
