Description

Summerhouse is a gulf view condo complex centrally located in Mexico Beach. Within the complex, you will have access to a community pool, hot tub and sauna. There is also a grilling/picnic area on the ground level. Mexico Beach is a cute little beach town about 3 miles long with local shops and restaurants and gorgeous white sand beaches. Most of the hot stops can be reached by foot or bike along the sidewalk just outside of Summerhouse.

This particular condo is a large 2 bedroom unit on the second floor with an additional sleeping nook. It sleeps a party of 7 very comfortably. It is so charming in the way that it’s decorated, you’ll certainly feel like you’re at the beach even when you’ve come off of it. The large sliding glass doors let in an abundance of natural lighting and allow for an awesome view of the beach. Take a step closer once you walk out on the deck where you can also enjoy a meal.

Floor Plan: 1st floor – kitchen, dining, gulf view living room with sleeper sofa, TV and access to the furnished gulf view deck; full bath with shower only, Bedroom 1 – with queen bed and TV; sleeping nook with a day bed built into the wall and Bedroom 2 – king bed, TV and full bath with shower/tub combo.

Please notice: there is one designated parking spot for the unit and a guest parking lot; however, no boats, jet skis or trailers are allowed. Please do not hang your towels from balcony or leave items in the hallways. Also, pets are not welcome on site.

Great Place perfect location for Mexico Beach. Unit very good size. Few minor details I would do Overall 5 Stars. Thank You. Glad Mexico Beach is Bouncing Back Strong. Hopefully to be part Mexico Beach in 12 to 18 months.

Furniture was okay but very used. Cloth couches showed looked dirty. Kitchen not well stocked. Melmac dishes could only be placed on the top rack of the dishwasher and the plates were too tall to fit. Only one large bowl could be found. No colander for rinsing veggies or straining pasta. 4 of the cabinets and 2 drawers were unusable due to the refrigerator sticking out...but it was a nice fridge! We enjoyed our stay. The other amenities were nice. We especially like the lounging bed in the Master bedroom!

We had a great stay, it's a nice, clean condo! The furniture was very old, which made dealing with all our devices cumbersome, and the tv in the living room was quite small. The 9:00 a.m. checkout was the earliest checkout I've had in 20+ years of staying on the Gulf Coast so I didn't enjoy that. I understand the need for cleaning, but as stated, we have never checked out that early. We would stay here again, but would love to see some updated furniture and a checkout time in line with what we're accustomed to.

Thank you for your feedback on the property. In regards to check out time, as stated in several places in all the information we send, we run off Eastern Time as a company which does create a 9am check-out time but it also creates a 3pm check-in time for those properties in Mexico Beach.

Love this property have stayed several times here. Prices continue to rise to the point almost not affordable if continues but I understand trying to come back from the storm and cost are up.

We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay. In regards to prices, yes, costs from the rebuild in the area from Hurricane Michael has caused increases in price. However more so the price has increased due to demand and the growth in popularity of the area.

L-O-V-E Mexico Beach

This property was clean, well stocked and decorated very nicely. We had plenty of room to move about and all the beds were extremely comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We loved Summerhouse 203, nearness to hot tub and pool made for great use even when the temperature was a little cool. Right across the street from the Gulf. Very nicely decorated and as usual the folks at Pristine did a wonderful job. The only downside was we had to leave early to return home for our second Virus shot. Looking forward to next years Mexico Beach Visit

Spacious, close, clean and cute

This was a very new and fresh space, only a short walk across the road to the beach. Very comfortable and spacious. Seaside balcony was not really quite ocean view but was a comfortable spot for coffee and catching the sea breeze. The location was central to town and all points of interest. We did experience some difficulties with the door lock but hopefully that has been resolve. Very pleasant stay.

Very nice place to stay, easy access to beach.

The view posted on the site was somewhat changed as a big green house had been built since the pic was taken. The shower/sand rinse station was very nice.
