Situated in a residential area, Sweet Home Apalachee is a very comfortable vacation home located just across a quiet neighborhood street from the beach. While sitting on pilings, this 3 bedroom, single family home is laid out all on one level once you enter inside. It has an open floor plan making it ideal for everyone to spread out and still enjoy each other’s presence. If family meals are what you enjoy on vacation, this is the right place for you with a cook’s kitchen and dining inside and out, most enjoyably in the enclosed Florida Room with wrap-around glass windows.

Sweet Home Apalachee is an escape from the everyday chaos in life. The home is beautifully decorated and well-appointed with everything you need on vacation. Located near the end of Indian Pass, you have very convenient access to the Indian Pass boat ramp and ample space to park your boat at the house. You will also be in close proximity to the World Famous, Indian Pass Raw Bar, where locals and visitors meet for fresh oysters, live entertainment and a boat load of fun. Surf fishing, crabbing and shelling are some of the highlights that both adults and kids alike enjoy. The fun is endless any time of year at Sweet Home Apalachee in Indian Pass.

Floor Plan: ground level-covered, paved parking with outdoor shower and fish cleaning area. 1st level-large living area with sleeper sofa, TV and DVD, dining area, kitchen, furnished Florida room, full bath with shower only and double vanities; Bedroom 1 – master bedroom with king bed, TV, full bath with shower only and double vanities; Bedroom 2 – double over queen bunk, Bedroom 3 – King bed and TV. Outside enjoy wraparound, furnished decks with beautiful gulf views.

Very nice home, the pictures don't do it justice. Beautiful yard and landscaping. I'd like to see the kitchen gadgets, utensils and supplies upgraded. Also, upgrading the check in so you don't need to go to the office to pick up & drop off keys would be great. Overall very good time we'd stay again

Beautiful home in a great location! Plenty of parking for boat. Loved the open floor plan. Only complaints would be the fact you have to drive 15 minutes to pick up/drop off keys. We also couldn’t get any of the locks on the house to work and it was unlocked when we checked in as well. House was clean and well stocked. Hot tub could be cleaner. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

We loved the condo and proximity to the beach. Our favorite was setting on the balcony listening to the waves at night. Only things we noticed that good be improved upon are 1. No dish soap to hand was dishes, no paper towels, extra trash bags to replace after taking trash out, no extra toilet tissue (with kids this was needed), and the fire alarm that went off twice at 3am!

We're glad you had a great time. The fire alarm issue is part of the central system for the entire building and according to the building's HOA is being addressed. The items we provide for reservations are not intended to be the only items needed but rather a starter so that everyone has something when checking in. We are making some changes to these items in the coming weeks and we appreciate your feedback.

The condo was amazing and the view of the sunset was breathtaking! We are so glad to be able to give back to this local community after the hurricane. It was amazing to see everyone come together! We're so thankful for the memories we made here and the sense of home this condo and Mexico Beach gave us! We'll treasure every memory and can't wait to visit again!

Sweet Home Apalachee was a fantastic place for our small family to stay for a mini vacation. The home is very close to the beach, quiet location, and very relaxing. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen with a small view of the Gulf from that area. Hearing the waves while on the deck in the hot tub. Comfortable beds for sleeping and comfortable seating in the living area. Beautiful landscape all around.

The house and location are perfect. Short walk to the quiet beach. Great for simply unwinding. It was my daughter’s senior trip and could not have been better. And the hot tub was wonderful at night. Book it. You will not be disappointed!!

Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable on both beds . Our favorite property is Summerhouse 203 , but it wasn’t available .

Too many rules... and you will be quickly reminded. The place was empty, maybe 15% of the parking was used, but I was not allowed to have my kayak next to my truck. Pool needs to be heated, too cold to swim. No place to put kayak or any beach items, except bicycle.

Please keep in mind 100% of the condo complexes in Mexico Beach have rules about parking, items in hallways/parking areas, etc. For those looking for a little more freedom we would recommend renting a single family home.

Absolutely Perfect!

We had the best trip ever. My husband, myself & our sheltie Rylee visited Indain Pass to renew our wedding vows. This house is absolutely perfect. We enjoyed every minute of our time here & we are already planning our next get away. Pristine Properties made everything (check, in/out, beach gear & other perks) super convenient. Sweet Home

This home is beautiful! My husband and I absolutely loved it. The home and yard is spotless and well taken care of. The residential area is very quiet and friendly and it's only a few steps to the beach.
