The Beach House, located gulf front on Indian Pass, is a perfect place for you to reach that sense of peace, serenity and relaxation. A single family home, this property is situated all on one level and features a screened deck that stretches across the entire width of the home. An outdoor dining space is available for your evening meals watching the sunset.

There are views from nearly every room inside and there’s no better place to enjoy the breeze than on that screened deck. The Beach House is a wonderful gathering place for your family with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and an open floor plan. It is also located near the Indian Pass boat ramp and the ever-popular Indian Pass Raw Bar. With equal distance to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, shopping and dining are just a short drive away while the peaceful Indian Pass Beach is just outside your doorstep.

Floor Plan: Ground level-covered, paved parking with plenty of room under house for cars or a gathering. 1st level-gulf front living room with TV and DVD/VCR player, dining and kitchen with laundry closet; Bedroom 1 – gulf front master bedroom with king bed, access to screened deck, TV and full bath with double vanities and shower/tub combo; Bedroom 2 – 2 twins; full bath and Bedroom 3 – gulf front bedroom with queen bed and access to screened deck.

Loved the location, beautiful view of the gulf. Wonderful sunsets. Great neighborhood, the people was very nice. Loved hearing the waves at night laying in bed. Very peaceful and relaxing. The house does need a little work on though, the salty air is taking a tow on it.

The Anchorage was perfect for our family's beach vacation! This is not a sleek, modern, shiny new home - no marble or silver or steel. It is a beach retreat, with a warmly decorated interior with everything you need to enjoy time at the beach. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with every cooking utensil/item we needed. The location was perfect - I could look out the kitchen window and see the kids on the beach! It was close enough that my young daughter could run back up to the house for something and we didn't have to pack up and haul everything back to the house! I hope we can return soon!

Great property overall. The beach berm was hard to navigate, but we understand the need for it. The Media Comm package was unusable, but little used.

This is an older property, with older furnishings and decor, but we liked it because of that. Comfortable and felt like you could relax because it wasn’t all foo-fooey. The kitchen is a great size, so a lot of people could be in the kitchen at the same time. It’s nice that all the living space is on one floor. We would stay there again - felt very homey. Great location right on the beach and the boardwalk and outside showers were great.

Wonderful house on the beach

This is a marvelous place to stay on the beach. We loved everything about it. The front porch was the best “office” anyone could hope for. Hopefully we’ll be back!
