This great BEACHFRONT townhome is adequately named. Beautiful views of the sunrises over the Bay and sunsets over the Gulf. The main level is your living area with a large screened in porch. The spacious living area has comfortable furniture including a TV, DVD and radio. A large dining room table in the dining area with breakfast bar for the kids. The kitchen has a great view of the bay and is nicely stocked with all the amenities of home. A half bath is also located on this floor.

The top level is the master bedroom suite with a king bed, private bathroom, TV, and open deck. You can see and hear the gulf from the king size bed. A sundeck steps off this bedroom with one of the best views of the Gulf of Mexico. The second bedroom has a duo bunk (double on bottom and twin on top) and TV. The Bay side bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a small balcony with a great view of the bay. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom in the hallway.

You can't get any closer to the water than this beauty.

You can't get anymore "ocean front" than this! Wonderful, well maintained unit. The privacy of the upstairs deck and screened in porch makes this a place you want to go back too.

We had a fabulous time at Southern Sunset! You cannot beat the location if you are looking to stay off the beaten path from a typical hotel/condo type beach atmosphere. At times it felt like we had the beach to ourselves and we definitely lucked out with beautiful weather during our entire stay (at the end of December!).
There was plenty of room for our two families (7 total) and appreciated the washer/dryer, dishwasher and cabinets stocked with pots/pans/plates/bowls etc!
Located near small grocery store and a few restaurants… we felt like we never had to leave the area! Would highly recommend.

Great Location

This is a clean property, right on the beach, with great views and sunsets. Dolphins and pelicans were spotted often. The living room couch is comfy but the 2 blue chairs in the living room are not. Beds were very good. We would go back.

Wonderful Stay

The unit was very clean and updated. The beds were so comfortable and everything was functional. You can’t beat the location. You walk right out to the ocean and watch the sunset or look out the front of the property and watch the sunrise through the trees over the bay. I will defiantly be coming back.

Great place. Hidden gem is the trading post justdown tbe road. They have everything to keep you on the beach,and better prices than in town. Love our stay
