The Unit is direct Beach front with amazing views. It has almost everything you need or could need in the kitchen area. We had an amazing time shelling and relaxing at the Cape. There were some minor issues but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. We love the Cape and will be back next year

This was our 10th trip to the Cape San Blas area. The house is a little dated and had a few minor issues, but was perfect for our needs. The view was gorgeous. We saw dolphins every day. The walkway to the beach was great. We chose a wonderful week to go as there was hardly anyone else on the beach the whole week.

The actual property is better than the pictures. Great space throughout, we love a good kitchen where everyone can mingle and talk. Great communication with the property management throughout. You are literally right on the water with access to a walk down to the beach. It was the perfect place to exhale and reset. We will be back!

BEAUTIFULLY decorated; great location! Management replied promptly with reservation questions. Private, well-equipped accommodations for our 3 couples & pet. Beach was right off the deck. We'll be back!

The home definitely needs to be updated. We were very taken back with the rusted refrigerator when we arrived. I think the house would feel much cleaner and cozier with a good update. Other than that, our stay was fabulous. The location of the house could not be beat. It was so private. It felt as though we had the beach to ourselves every day. The back screened in porch was our favorite spot! This was our first time visiting the area and we will never go anywhere else! Best vacation we’ve had as a family! Not sure we would rent this particular home again, mainly due to it being so outdated and feeling old and dirty, but we would for sure use Pristine for our next booking!

As any beach house does, especially one like this that gets so much year round demand, maintenance and upkeep are always ongoing.  I'm happy to report that while the fridge was always in working order over the years of guests enjoying the beach breeze left the front to begin to rust.  Recently the fridge was replaced and painting has taken place.  Other pending updates are to come as openings in the calendar become available.  More to come in this rare single level beachfront house.

PROS: Nice kitchen! Well equipped. The views from the balconies, especially the upper balcony, are awesome!
CONS: We visited in July and the AC didn’t keep the front bedroom cool enough. But we found keeping the curtains closed in there and putting the portable fan in the hallway helped. Parking can be difficult if neighbors have a lot of cars.

This location is ideal for those looking for a relaxing beach vacation. It's ON THE BEACH. There's no walking across a street or over a sand dune and long boardwalk- you're just walking off the porch onto the beach and the water! We were able to leave our chairs and beach gear on the deck which made it so convenient (not having haul all of our gear up and down every day.) We rented paddle boards for the week and that was also so fun! Be sure to check the condo website as there is a voucher for free rental gear.
We traveled with a group of friends and our dog and the setup of the condo was perfect. Main floor is the living area with a big open kitchen and living room with tons of seating and a tv. There's also a large screened in porch on this level which is great for enjoying some bug free/low wind outdoor meals. The top floor is the sleeping area with 3 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a queen bed with an attached bath and open air balcony. The other two bedrooms each have two beds, one with two full beds and a small bay-facing balcony and the other with bunk beds and no windows. (The bunkbed room is very dark with the door shut so if you have kids you might want to bring a nightlight).
In terms of off sight things, there are restaurants, grocery and liquor stores about a half hour north in Port St. Joe. We ate at the Shipwreck Raw Bar and it was delicious and affordable. There's also a cute little town with a brewery, shops, and restaurants about half an hour south in Apalachicola.
Overall we were really happy with our stay! They do treat this more like a condo though (which is annoying) so there are lots of emails and other websites you'll be prompted to use to access information. They also don't stock things like toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, trash bags, etc. However, the kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware.

Tried send this through guest portal but was unable: Hello, we left around 8am this morning to co tongue our trip, we had a beautiful stay, THANK YOU!! Just a couple items to make you aware of; we were able to find the blender but not the cover so used a plastic baggie and a saucer and made it work. Also, the black bottom that screws onto the blender bowl had a piece already broken out of it. Because I was able to make it work anyway it wasn’t a big deal but thought you would like to know as I don’t think it will last much longer. There were not any hangers to be able to hang up the dresses I brought and a display of wall hooks down by the front door would have been super useful for our hats and jackets and purses. But we would DEFINITELY stay again in a heart beat!!!!!!! It is a beautiful home in a beautiful spot that contributed to our beautiful memories! Thank you!!!

Even with all the rain, we enjoyed the beautiful space to relax and read. The sound of the surf while we slept was so relaxing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Robway Friendship is a beautiful home sitting (literally) on the water in CSB. The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you could need, the decor is lively, the views from both the front and back of the house are spectacular, parking space is plentiful (I drive a big truck), the porches are perfect for relaxing, and there’s a store (liquor and anything else) up the road about 3 minutes. It’s only a 15 minute drive into St Joe, so shopping and restaurants are close. Our family highly recommends staying in this property when you visit The Forgotten Coast!

Beautiful! Right on the beach means 20 feet from building to waters edge; it's that close. Marvelous sunsets looking west over the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was very well maintained, the kitchen well stocked, the linens fresh, and the floors clean. Everything met or exceeded our hopes. Kids loved the out side hot/cold shower so they could quickly warm up and then go swimming again. There a faucet near the front door to wash feet before entering. Covered parking is available for one vehicle and non-covered parking for a second vehicle. The door lock is key coded so everyone could come a go as they chose without worrying about keys - convenient. Neighbors were quiet and polite. Fun for all.

Enjoyed our stay, the house needs some TLC and upgrades in a few areas. Would appreciate a recycling bin for bottles, plastic, and cardboard....understand this is more of a County service and not just Pristine.

For us, Road's End was great! We don't especially follow the latest decorating trends, and so appreciated the laid back, simple setting. The screened porch was our favorite place to be, after the beach, of course. The staff at Pristine Properties reached out often, wanting to know if we had any questions or concerns. Any issues were dealt with promptly. We look forward to our next visit!

We had the most amazing month when we stayed in November, 2019..We absolutely love the location and being right on the beach. Our only complaint is that we can't sleep on a queen sized bed and there is enough room in the master bedroom for a king size...we would surely stay another month for that upgrade. I can't wait to come back to our happy place!
