Waterside Village is a gated community located on the West End of Mexico Beach with condo buildings and cottage-style houses. The community layout is centered around the gorgeous, zero-entry community pool and hot tub, which sits on the bank of the canal. The outdoor features of Waterside Village add just the right touch to make any vacation laid back and enjoyable. Around the pool are lounging chairs, outdoor dining space, parkside grills, and boardwalks. The pool and canal have great views from the balcony of Waterside Village Condo 203, and the beach is just a short walk away. Grab the wagon and walk down for a day at the beach, then come back up to let the kids play in the pool while grilling hamburgers for an evening cookout.

Condo 203 is on the second floor, accessed by either stairs or an elevator. Once inside, the living space is laid out all on one level. The owners have done a fantastic job decorating and equipping the three-bedroom rental making it the perfect spot for your party of 8. The two masters, both with king beds, are convenient for multiple couples and a twin bedroom for the kids.

Mexico Beach is a vacation paradise. It’s perfect for fishermen, beach bathers, outdoor enthusiasts, and those who simply love being out and active.

Family beach trip

Beautiful condo. Only negative was the "view" of the pool equipment shed. This was not disclosed on the web site photos. Also the location of the unit location was not accurate on the site. It was pinpointed with a direct pool view.This was a little disappointing, but overall our stay was great!

Our listing does provide images of the complex, including the pool, canal and outdoor pictures of the unit's balcony. Our site nor the VRBO listing through which your reservation was booked indicates a "direct pool view." We were sorry to hear that our view wasn't exactly what you had hoped for but glad to hear that your overall stay was great.

We have 2 children and probably would benefit from the 3 bedroom that you have on the same property but if it were not available we would definitely stay here again, we were able to make it work.

Beautiful complex, very well maintained. The location is perfect, far enough from the main road to be quiet, but just a block to the gorgeous beach on the Gulf. The unit was beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and the best shower we’ve experienced in Florida. Good water pressure. We will definitely rent here again. .

Great place to stay, quiet, short walk to beach, beautiful pool with lounge chairs and tables. Nicely decorated with a roomy, beach vibe. Good wifi. So happy to have found this place, just right for us!
