Beautifully decorated & nicely equipped townhome with not one, but two balconies with a beach view ! The fenced in backyard was such a plus and the short walk to the beach made this one of our best stays ever at The Forgotten Coast. Thank you Pristine Properties for continuing to be the best place to choose for vacation stays !!

Enjoy our stay.

I love Mexico Beach and have never complained about a rental so far from Pristine until our recent trip..This condo needs updating in a major way...The recliner sits and looks 50 years old. The sofa isn't much better...The stairs upstairs are steep.. The plug recepticle in the 1/2 bath didn't work..The light at the top of stairs was out. The tv's upstairs in the bedrooms could only be used with DVD 's only....No satellite connection for those tvs..The beach access across the street wasn't for our use so we either had to walk a distance or drive to go to the beach....Will not EVER stay at this place again...For the money spent on this condo, wasn't worth it at all !!!!!! Very disappointed.....from Murrayville - Posted: 4/10/2021
Loved sitting on the front deck watching the sunsets. Very relaxing. The only reason I wouldn't stay there again is because we are building our own home in St Joe Beach. Would recommend this place.

Overall, I think the property was in a good location. It had a decent view of the gulf and it was not hard to either go west or east for other beach access sites. It seems the gate for beach access was limited to Gulf Aire residents. I did not find anything about the gate codes although I really didn't look that hard. There were beach sites further west I actually liked better.

Please note that beach access through the Gulf Aire boardwalk is closer to this property than the public access but is reserved for Gulf Aire residents only.

This was the perfect place for me and my wife. Very peaceful and quiet and had a beautiful view of the Gulf from the front patio and master bedroom. Would stay again.

Nice little condo. Very close to beach.

Location was great, as it is across the street from beach! We were comfortable during our stay, the rental felt nice and clean and had pretty much everything we needed. Many local food/store options are now opened back up which was great to see. As a side note, if we were to stay here again, I'd either love to have access to a baby gate for stairs or will make sure to bring one. The stairs are steep. Our small dog tumbled down them- twice!

Liked it and it met our needs.

Nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Recommend for quiet families or couples. Proximity to beach and view is great. If key pad entry is still in use, I would recommend asking for keys and keeping them as back up entry. Of note, walkway to beach located closest is not technically for this property use. Pet friendly! We were able to bring our 2 dogs! Nice, safe neighborhood to walk dogs or walk/exercise. There is a park (playground, dog park section) less than a mile from the home and easily walkable (sidewalks). General store within walking distance.
