Once you step out of the beachside onto the ground-level patio, the beach seems to be within a fingertip’s reach, or more appropriately your toes.

When visiting the gulf coast, most notably St. Joe Beach, time seems to slow down a step and the rush and expectations of daily life tend to float away. It’s bathing suits, flip flops and beach hats with the intent to Wine Down all week long. What’s the saying* Beach hair, don’t care! Once you experience this feeling for yourself, the saying takes on new meaning.

From the first steps into this ground-level two-story townhouse, simple and easy takes over. The ground floor houses the living area, a spacious open area with sight lines that draw your eyes directly to the beach views through the sliding glass doors. Entering through the well-equipped kitchen, your next steps lead through the dining area to the gulf view living room with a half bath and land you on the beachside patio. When the day is done, plan to retire to one of the two bedrooms upstairs. The master facing west is highlighted by the open sundeck where you’ll experience those million-dollar sunset views.

Great location. Short walk to a good restraunt and central to everything. Perfect "beach life" get away. Hwy 98 is a busy road, but you really can't hear the traffic inside the unit and it did not detract from the beach view or exerience. Very clean and comfortable. Rented beach chairs and wagon from VayK Gear, delivery drop off and pick up were very convenient. My daughter and husband enjoyed their Williamson Outfitter's boat charter and we used the porch area, looking at the ocean, to have a relaxing dinner and enjoy their fresh catch. There was a pest issue, but we live in Florida and even in the cleanest homes this can happen. The management company was very responsive and had someone there the next morning to address. Enjoyed the stay! Definitely will vist Port St. Joe again!

We had a wonderful week! The view was fabulous! Hate we chose another rainy week! Plan to go earlier next year! The townhouse was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed!??

The house was modern and super clean. Probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in ! It had everything we needed and the neighbors were kind. The beach was clean and water calm, perfect for kiddos. My only issue is the road out front was super loud and very busy. The headlights from loud pickup trucks woke me up every morning. That’s the only reason why I wouldn’t go back.

Happy I found this spot!!!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay and the RV sites at Bay Destiny, we loved it so much we extended our stay while there. The sites are FHU, easy to level & have a nice patio. The best part was the location, which you could ride your bike or walk on the multi use path all the way to Salina Park one way or St. Joseph state park the other. The beach is a short distance away, and bay destiny sits right on the bay side, and it’s also a easy drive to Port St. Joe and Apalachicola, which both are quaint little towns, Pristine Properties and Dawn the owner are so nice & easy to work with, we definitely fell in love with the park and this area and plan to be back.

Amazing Property

Sea Salty was the perfect get away place for my family. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The proximity to Mexico Beach and Port St Joe was exactly what we were looking for. Definitely will be back.
